Procédé de traitement d'une boue contenant des métaux lourds et des matières organiques selon lequel on provoque le moussage de la boue et on la sèche.</ SDOAB>

Claims (10)

1. Procédé de traitement de boue comprenant successivement une étape de moussage de la boue dans des conditions contrôlées permettant d'obtenir une mousse ayant une densité inférieure à 90% de celle de la boue et une étape de séchage de la mousse.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la densité de la mousse est inférieure à 85% de celle de la boue.
3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la densité
de la mousse est comprise entre 55 et 65%.
4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une phosphatation de la boue avant le moussage.
5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la mousse est séchée par des techniques apparentées au compostage.
6. Procédé selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que, à
l'issue de 12 jours de séchage, la boue séchée atteint une siccité dépassant 65%.
7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé
en ce que le séchage est réalisé dans un tunnel de compostage comprenant une couche de sable disposée sur une membrane imperméable à l'eau.
8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la boue séchée est ensuite calcinée.
9: Procédé selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la température de calcination est comprise entre 550 et 750°C.
10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé
en ce que le produit issu de la calcination est ensuite gâché avec de l'eau puis est soumis à une prise et à un durcissement.
