Abstract

La présente invention concerne une pièce en métal fritté ayant une répartition homogène de composantes à fusion non homogène, constituée principalement de mélanges de poudres métalliques non ferreuses à fusion non homogène. Ladite pièce peut être par frittage sous pression isostatique continu du matériau de départ, pour obtenir des densités qui correspondent sensiblement à la densité d'un corps solide comprimé par voie isostatique à chaud de même composition, par l'intermédiaire d'une matrice, dans des conditions qui permettent d'éviter l'apparition d'une phase liquide dans la poudre, à des températures valant jusqu'à 70 % du point de fusion du métal, de préférence jusqu'à 60 % du point de fusion du métal, pour former un profil fritté qui possède pratiquement ses contours définitifs.
