Abstract

Appareil (10) de mise en place de récipients dans des structures porteuses (3) de type panier à chargement par le fond. Ledit appareil comporte: une alimentation en récipients; un alimentation(30) en structures porteuses; un mécanisme d'introduction (50) de structures porteuses prélevant les structures porteuses dans l'alimentation (30); un ensemble temporisateur/transporteur (60 ou 260) recevant les structures porteuses du mécanisme d'introduction et amorçant leur transport au-dessus des récipients selon un mouvement parallèle synchronisé; un ensemble de préhension (82) ouvrant les structures porteuses (3); un convoyeur à courroie inclinée (90) décrivant une trajectoire où sont recus les panneaux s'étendant transversalement constituant les fonds desdites structures porteuses et les amenant vers le bas au-dessus des groupes de récipients; un ensemble de positionnement (120) s'engageant dans la partie supérieure des poignées des structures porteuses et dont la partie inférieure, lors de la rotation des éléments de positionnement, s'engage dans les parties supérieures respectives des poignées des structures porteuses; et des mécanismes (130, 140, 182) de fermeture des panneaux de fond, réunissant ces derniers en position bloquée les uns par rapport aux autres.
