Abstract
MÉTODO DE DETERMINAÇÃO DA PRESENÇA OU QUANTIDADE DE GLIFOSATO, N-ACETILGLIFOSATO, ÁCIDO N-ACETILAMINOMETIFOSFÔNICO (N-ACETIL AMPA), OU ÁCIDO DE FOSFÔNICO AMINOMETIL (AMPA) EM UMA AMOSTRA DE TESTE E MÉTODO DE PURIFICAÇÃO DE PELO MENOS GLIFOSATO, N-ACETIL AMPA OU N-ACETILGLIFOSATO DO AMPA A presente invenção fornece vários métodos e composições que permitem a determinação da presença ou da quantidade de glifosato, N-acetilglifosato, N-acetil ou AMPA ou ácido fosfórico aminometil (AMPA) e seus metabólitos em uma variedade de matrizes de teste. Em um método, que determina a presença ou quantidade de N-acetilglifosato e/ou Nacetil AMPA em uma amostra de teste que consiste em fornecer a amostra de teste que contém N-acetilglifosato e/ou N-acetil AMPA; a extração de uma composição que consiste de N-acetilglifosato e/ou N-acetil AMPA da amostra de teste; e, a detecção de N-acetilglifosato e/ou N-acetil AMPA no extrato. Em outros métodos, é determinada a presença ou quantidade de pelo menos um glifosato, N-acetilglifosato, N-acetil AMPA ou ácido fosfônico aminometil (AMPA) ou um de seus metabólitos em uma amostra de teste. O método consiste em fornecer a amostra de teste que contém pelo menos um glifosato, N-acetilglifosato, N-acetil AMPA ou AMPA ou um dos seus metabólitos; em extrair da amostra de uma composição que consiste de pelo menos um glifosato, N-acetilglifosato, N-acetil AMPA ou AMPA ou um dos seus metabólitos, e, em detectar ao menos, um glifosato, N-acetilglifosato, N-acetil AMPA ou AMPA ou um dos seus metabólitos na amostra de teste, onde a detecção do glifosato, N-acetilglifosato, N-acetil AMPA e/ou AMPA ocorre sem derivatização do glifosato, N-acetilglifosato, N-acetil AMPA ou AMPA.
