A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de uma peça perfilada decorada superficialmente, em que: a) é preparada uma peça perfilada e b) pelo menos uma porção da superfície da peça perfilada é soldada com um filme decorativo com irradiação de radiação eletromagnética, a superfície de uma peça perfilada produzida em um primeiro estágio é poste- riormente decorada, por exemplo, por meio de fotocópia rápida.

Relatório Descritivo da Patente de Invenção para "PROCESSO PARA DECORAÇÃO DE SUPERFÍCIES".
A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para decorar su- perfícies, no qual um filme de uma ou mais camadas é aplicado com auxílio de radiação eletromagnética.
Peças moldadas de material plástico podem ser unidas umas às outras com os mais diferentes processos de soldagem de material plástico, por exemplo, através de soldagem de alta freqüência, soldagem por arcos de impulsos térmicos, soldagem por contato térmico, soldagem com cunha de aquecimento ou com auxílio de radiação eletromagnética, tal como luz de laser, radiação IV ou de microondas. Na solda com radiação laser penetran- te, utiliza-se normalmente uma peça de união e um participante de união que absorve o laser. A radiação laser penetra o corpo transmissor e atinge o arti- go moldado absorvente adjacente, que funde através do aquecimento local. Todavia, o raio laser, que penetra através da peça de união transmissora, não deve penetrar demasiadamente profundo no participante de união ab- sorvente, mas sim, já nas regiões da superfície, levar a uma fusão da peça perfilada absorvente. Nesse caso, ocorre uma reação local, favorável do raio laser dentro da zona de união no calor. A massa em fusão que se dilata toca o participante de união transmissor e funde o mesmo também localmente. Nesse caso, a força de pressão apóia a realização da ligação da união. O calor é introduzido visadamente e não pode escapar precocemente para fo- ra. Termoplastos no estado sem enchimento são amplamente transparentes para a luz de laser com comprimentos de onda, que são normalmente utili- zados para soldar com radiação laser penetrante. Uma vantagem em rela- ção aos outros processos de solda é a aparência ótica muito boa do com- posto e o aquecimento local limitado da zona de união. O análogo é válido para a solda por meio de radiação IV ou outra radiação eletromagnética.
Já se sabe, que peças perfiladas e filmes podem ser soldados uns com os outros por meio de radiação eletromagnética, por exemplo, radi- ação laser (DE 195 42 328 A1, DE 199 16 786 A1, WO 02/055287). Nesse caso, obtêm-se compósitos construtivos. Até agora, não são conhecidos processos, para decorar uma superfície dessa maneira.
A decoração de uma superfície pode servir para diversas finali- dades:
a) a superfície de uma peça perfilada, que foi preparada através de fotocópia rápida ou fabricação rápida, é freqüentemente áspera e esteti- camente pouco atrativa.
b) O mesmo vale para uma peça perfilada, que foi preparada a partir de uma massa de moldagem reforçada com fibras ou materiais de en- chimento.
c) Freqüentemente, há a necessidade, de aplicar emblemas, e- lementos decorativos coloridos, etiquetas ou caracterizações sobre peças perfiladas.
d) Além disso, seria desejável proteger uma superfície, que sob condições de aplicação não é suficientemente resistente a riscos, resistente às intempéries, resistente aos produtos químicos ou resistente à ruptura por tensão, de maneira tal, que ela não desenvolvesse quaisquer vestígios de uso e mantivesse, por exemplo, seu brilho.
Sabe-se da EP 0.568.988 A1, que elementos de composição resistentes à superfície podem ser produzidos pulverizando o lado posterior de um filme, que representa uma camada protetora, com uma massa em fusão de termoplasto. Nesse caso, o filme é unido com o mesmo já durante a produção da peça perfilada. Este processo não é adequado para peças perfiladas, que são produzidas através de fotocópia rápida ou rápida fabrica- ção.
Por conseguinte, o objetivo consiste em desenvolver uma possi- bilidade, para decorar posteriormente a superfície de uma peça perfilada produzida em um primeiro estágio, para poder decorar, por exemplo, peças perfiladas, que não podem ser produzidas por meio de moldagem por inje- ção ou para poder aplicar elementos decorativos variáveis ou produzir séries pequenas.
Este objetivo é resolvido por um processo para a produção de uma peça perfilada decorada superficialmente, em que a) é produzida uma peça perfilada e
b) pelo menos uma porção da superfície da peça perfilada é sol- dada com um filme decorado com a irradiação de radiação eletromagnética.
Em uma forma de concretização possível, a peça perfilada é produzida através de fotocópia rápida ou fabricação rápida. Aqui, um filme é soldado, para prover a peça com uma superfície lisa. Além disso, o filme po- de satisfazer outras funções decorativas. Com os termos "fotocópia rápida" ou "fabricação rápida", são entendidos processos sem ferramentas que fun- cionam em camadas (isto é, processos sem forma pré-fabricada), nos quais regiões da respectiva camada pulverizada são seletivamente fundidas e fi- xadas após resfriamento. Exemplos para este fim são a sinterização seletiva a laser (US 6.136.948, WO 96/06881), o processo SIV, tal como descrito no WO 01/38061, ou um processo, tal como consta na EP-A-1.015.214. Os dois últimos processos funcionam com um aquecimento infravermelho bidimensi- onal para fundir o pó. A seletividade da fusão no primeiro processo é obtida através da aplicação de um inibidor, no segundo processo, através de uma máscara. Um outro processo é descrito na DE-A-103 11 438, aqui, a energia necessária para fundir é introduzida por um gerador de microondas e a sele- tividade é obtida aplicando um susceptor. Outros processos adequados são aqueles, que funcionam com um absorvedor, que ou está contido no proces- so ou é aplicado pelo processo de jato de tinta, tal como descrito nos pedi- dos de patentes alemães DE 10 2004 012 682.8, DE 10 2004 012 683.6 e DE 10 2004 020 452.7. Nesse caso, para a atuação da energia eletromagné- tica, é possível usar uma grande largura da banda de laser, mas uma atua- ção bidimensional da energia eletromagnética também é adequada.
O pó usado para este processo pode ser produzido moendo a massa de moldagem, preferivelmente a baixas temperaturas. Em seguida, o material moído pode ser fracionado, para remover partículas grossas ou par- tículas muito finas. Também pode ser conectado um pós-tratamento mecâni- co, por exemplo, um misturador de alta velocidade para arredondar as partí- culas. Recomenda-se, dotar o pó obtido dessa maneira, de acordo com o estado da técnica, de um agente auxiliar de escoamento, por exemplo, de ácido silícico pirogênico, que é misturado no misturador a seco. Preferivel- mente, o pó obtido dessa maneira apresenta um diâmetro do grão de média numérica entre 40 e 120 pm e uma superfície BET menor do que 10 m2/g.
Em uma outra forma de concretização possível, a peça perfilada consiste em uma massa de moldagem reforçada com fibras e/ou materiais de enchimento. Fibras e materiais de enchimento adequados, bem como composições adequadas são indicados mais abaixo. Especialmente no caso de graus de enchimento mais elevados, os materiais de enchimento e de reforço são pressionados contra a superfície para fora, o que causa uma superfície áspera. Apesar disso, uma tal superfície, justamente não com a ligação possível dos materiais de enchimento e reforço, pode decompor-se pela ação atmosférica ou envelhecer. Isso é evitado pelo processo de acor- do com a invenção.
Em uma outra forma de concretização possível, aplica-se qual- quer tipo de filme sobre uma peça perfilada, que contém emblemas, elemen- tos decorativos coloridos ou caracterizações ou representa uma etiqueta. A peça perfilada pode ter sido produzida através de extrusão, moldagem por injeção ou qualquer outro processo de modelagem.
Finalmente, em uma outra forma de concretização possível, apli- ca-se um filme sobre uma superfície, que seria desenvolvida sob condições de aplicação de vestígios de uso, visto que, por exemplo, ela não é suficien- temente resistente ao risco, resistente às intempéries, resistente aos produ- tos químicos ou resistente à ruptura por tensão. Materiais de filmes adequa- dos são conhecidos; os exemplos são indicados mais abaixo.
As peças perfiladas usadas de acordo com a invenção, são normalmente formadas de polímeros termoplásticos, mas também podem ser formadas de cerâmica, materiais naturais, tais como madeira ou couro, duroplastos ou metal. Elas também podem ser formadas com multicompo- nentes, por exemplo, em multicamadas.
Como polímeros termoplásticos tomam-se em consideração to- dos os termoplastos conhecidos pelo versado na técnica. Polímeros termo- plásticos adequados são descritos, por exemplo, no Kunststoff- Taschenbuch, editor Saechtling, 25§ edição, Hanser-Verlag, Munique, 1992, especialmente capítulo 4, bem como referências ali citadas e no Kunststoff- Handbuch, editor. G. Becker e D. Braun, volumes 1 a 11, Hanser-Verlag, Munique, 1966 até 1996.
Como termoplastos adequados são mencionados, por exemplo: polioxialquilenos, policarbonatos (PC), poliésteres, tais como tereftalato de polibutileno (PBT) ou tereftalato de polietileno (PET), poliolefinas, tais como polietileno ou polipropileno, poli(met)acrilatos, poliamidas, (co)polímeros vi- nil-aromáticos, tais como poliestireno, poliestireno modificado quanto a resis- tência ao impacto, tal como HI-PS ou polímeros ASA, ABS ou AES, éter po- liarilênico, tal como éter polifenilênico (PPE), polissulfonas, poliuretanos, po- lilactidas, polímeros halogenados, polímeros contendo grupo imida, éster de celulose, polímeros de silicone e elastômeros termoplásticos. Misturas de diversos termoplastos também podem ser usadas como materiais para as peças perfiladas de material plástico. No caso dessas misturas pode tratar- se de uma mistura de polímero mono- ou polifásico.
Homo- ou copolímeros de polioxialquileno, especialmente (co)polioximetilenos (POM) e processos para sua produção, são em si co- nhecidos pelo técnico e descritos na literatura. Materiais adequados podem ser obtidos no mercado, por exemplo, pela designação de marca Ultraform® (BASF AG). De modo muito geral, esses polímeros apresentam pelo menos 50 % em mol, de unidades repetidas de -CH2O- na cadeia principal do polí- mero. Em geral, os homopolímeros são preparados através da polimerização de formaldeído ou trioxano, preferivelmente na presença de catalisadores adequados. Os copolímeros de polioximetileno e terpolímeros de polioximeti- Ieno são preferidos. Os (co)polímeros de polioximetileno preferidos têm pon- tos de fusão de pelo menos 150°C e pesos moleculares (valor médio de pe- so) Mw na faixa de 5.000 até 200.000, preferivelmente de 7.000 até 150.000 g/mol. Polímeros de polioximetileno com grupos terminais estabilizados, que apresentam ligações C-C nas extremidades das cadeias, são particularmen- te preferidos.
Policarbonatos adequados são em si conhecidos e podem ser obtidos, por exemplo, de acordo com a DE-B-13 00 266 através de policon- densação tensoativa ou de acordo com a DE-A 14 95 730 através da reação de bifenilcarbonato com bisfenóis. Bisfenol preferido é 2,2-di(4- hidroxifenil)propano, designado geralmente como bisfenol A. Policarbonatos adequados podem ser obtidos no mercado, por exemplo, pela designação de marca Lexan® (GE Plastics Β. V. Holanda).
Do mesmo modo, poliésteres adequados são em si conhecidos e descritos na literatura. Eles contêm um anel aromático na cadeia principal, que provém de um ácido dicarboxílico aromático. O anel aromático também pode ser substituído, por exemplo, por halogênio, tal como cloro ou bromo ou por grupos C1-C4-alquila, tais como grupos metila, etila, i- ou n-propila ou n-, i- ou terc.-butila. Os poliésteres podem ser preparados de maneira em si conhecida, através da reação de ácidos carboxílicos aromáticos, seus éste- res ou outros derivados formadores de éster dos mesmos com compostos dihidróxi alifáticos. Como ácidos dicarboxílicos preferidos, mencionam-se ácido naftalenodicarboxílico, ácido tereftálico e ácido isoftálico ou suas mis- turas. Até 30 % em mol, dos ácidos dicarboxílicos aromáticos podem ser substituídos por ácidos dicarboxílicos alifáticos ou cicloalifáticos, tais como ácido adípico, ácido azeláico, ácido sebácico, diácido dodecanóico e ácido ciclohexanodicarboxílico. Dos compostos dihidróxi alifáticos preferem-se di- óis com 2 a 6 átomos de carbono, especialmente 1,2-etanodiol, 1,4- butanodiol, 1,6-hexanodiol, 1,4-hexanodiol, 1,4-ciclohexanodimetilol e neo- pentilglicol ou suas misturas. Como poliésteres particularmente preferidos mencionam-se os tereftalatos de polialquileno, que derivam de alcanodióis com 2 a 6 átomos de carbono. Desses, preferem-se especialmente tereftala- to de polietileno (PET), naftalato de polietileno, naftalato de polibutileno e tereftalato de polibutileno (PBT).
Poliolefinas adequadas, em primeira linha, são polietileno e poli- propileno, bem como copolímeros à base de etileno ou propileno, eventual- mente também com α-olefinas superiores. Por poliolefinas devem ser enten- didos também os elastômeros de etileno-propileno e terpolímeros de etileno- propileno. Entre os poli(met)acrilatos mencionam-se especialmente meta- crilato de polimetila (PMMA), bem como copolímeros à base de metacrilato de metila com até 40 % em peso, de outros monômeros copolimerizáveis, tais como acrilato de n-butila, acrilato de t-butila ou acrilato de 2-etil-hexila, tais como podem ser obtidos, por exemplo, pelas denominações Lucryl® (BASF AG) ou Plexiglas® (Rohm GmbH). No sentido da invenção entendem- se entre estes, também, os poli(met)acrilatos modificados quanto à resistên- cia ao impacto, bem como misturas de poli(met)acrilatos e polímeros SAN, que são modificados quanto à resistência ao impacto com borrachas de poli- acrilato (por exemplo, o produto comercial Terlux® da BASF AG).
Por poliamidas no sentido da presente invenção, devem ser en- tendidas todas as poliamidas conhecidas, inclusive amidas de poliéter e a- midas por blocos de poliéter, bem como suas misturas. Exemplos para esse fim são poliamidas, que derivam de Iactamas com 7 a 13 membros de anel, tais como policaprolactama, policaprillactama e polilaurinlactama, bem como poliamidas, que são obtidas através da reação de ácidos dicarboxílicos com diaminas. As poliamidas também podem ser inteiramente aromáticas ou par- cialmente aromáticas; as últimas são normalmente designadas como PPA.
Ácidos alcanodicarboxílicos com 6 a 22, especialmente 6 a 12 átomos de carbono e ácidos dicarboxílicos aromáticos podem ser usados como ácidos dicarboxílicos. Aqui são mencionados ácido adípico, ácido aze- láico, ácido sebácico, diácido dodecanóico (= ácido decanodicarboxílico) e ácido tereftálico e/ou isoftálico como ácidos.
Como diaminas prestam-se particularmente alcanodiaminas com 6 a 12, especialmente 6 a 8 átomos de carbono, bem como m- xililenodiamina, di-(4-aminofenil)metano, di-(4-aminociclohexil)metano, 2,2- di-(4-aminofenil)-propano ou 2,2-di-(4-aminociclohexil)propano.
Poliaminas preferidas são amida de ácido polihexametilenoadí- pico (PA-66), amida de ácido polihexametilenossebácico (PA 610), amida de ácido polihexametilenodecanodicarboxílico (PA 612), policaprolactama (PA 6), copoliamidas 6/66, especialmente com uma proporção de 5 a 95 % em peso, de unidades caprolactama, bem como polilaurinlactama (PA 12) e PA 11, além disso, também copoliamidas à base de caprolactama, ácido tereftá- Iico e hexametilenodiamina ou à base de ácido tereftálico, ácido adípico ou hexametilenodiamina.
Além disso, sejam citadas também ainda poliamidas, que podem ser obtidas, por exemplo, através da condensação de 1,4-diaminobutano com ácido adípico com temperatura elevada (PA 46). Processos de prepara- ção para poliamidas dessa estrutura são descritos, por exemplo, na EP-A 0.038.094, EP-A 0.038.582 e EP-A 0.039.524.
Outros exemplos são poliamidas, que podem ser obtidas através da copolimerização de dois ou mais dos monômeros mencionados acima ou misturas de várias poliamidas, em que a proporção de mistura é a desejada.
A seguinte apresentação não definitiva contém as poliamidas mencionadas, bem como outras no sentido da invenção (os monômeros es- tão mencionados entre parênteses): PA46 (tetrametilenodiamina, ácido adí- pico), PA66 (hexametilenodiamina, ácido adípico), PA69 (hexametilenodia- mina, ácido azeláico), PA610 (hexametilenodiamina, ácido sebácico), PA612 (hexametilenodiamina, ácido decanodicarboxílico), PA613 (hexametilenodi- amina, ácido undecanodicarboxílico), PA614 (hexametilenodiamina, ácido dodecanodicarboxílico), PA1212 (1,12-dodecanodiamina, ácido decanodi- carboxílico), PA1313 (1,3-diaminotridecano, ácido undecanodicarboxílico), PA MXD6 (m-xililenodiamina, ácido adípico), PA TMDT (trimetil- hexametilenodiamina, ácido tereftálico), PA 4 (pirrolidona), PA 6 (E- caprolactama), PA 7 (etanolactama), PA 8 (caprillactama), PA 9 (ácido 9- aminopelargônico), PA 11 (ácido 11-aminoudecanóico), PA 12 (laurinlacta- ma). Essas poliamidas e sua preparação são conhecidas. O técnico encon- tra particularidades para sua preparação na Ullmanns Encyklopádie der Te- chnischen Chemie, A- edição, volume 19, páginas 39-54, Verlag Chemie, Weinheim 1980, bem como na Ullmanns Encyclopedia of Industrial Chemis- try, vol. A21, página 179-206, VCH Verlag, Weinheim 1992, bem como Sto- eckhert, Kunststofflexikon, 8ã edição, página 425-428, Hanser Verlag Muni- que 1992 (palavra-chave "Polyamide" e seguintes).
Os (co)polímeros representam outros materiais termoplásticos adequados. O peso molecular desses polímeros em si conhecidos e que podem ser obtidos no comércio encontra-se geralmente na faixa de 1.500 até 2.000.000, preferivelmente na faixa de 70.000 até 1.000.000 g/mol.
Apenas em substituição sejam mencionados aqui (co)polímeros vinil aromáticos de estireno, cloroestireno, α-metilestireno e p-metilestireno; em proporções subordinadas (preferivelmente não mais do que 30, especi- almente não mais do que 8 % em peso) os comonômeros, tais como (met)acrilnitrila ou éster de ácido (met)acrílico também podem participar da formação. (Co)polímeros vinil aromáticos particularmente preferidos são po- liestireno, copolímeros de estireno-acrilnitrila (SAN) e poliestireno modificado quanto à resistência ao impacto (HIPS = high impact polystyrene). Entende- se, que misturas desses polímeros também podem ser usadas. A prepara- ção pode ser efetuada de acordo com o processo descrito na EP-A- 0.302.485. Além disso, os polímeros ASA, ABS e AES (ASA = acrilnitrila- estireno-éster acrílico, ABS = acrilnitrila-butadieno-estireno, AES = acrilnitri- la-borracha EPDM-estireno) são particularmente preferidos. Esses polímeros vinil aromáticos resistentes ao impacto contêm pelo menos um polímero de enxerto elástico à temperatura ambiente e um polímero termoplástico (polí- mero de matriz). Como material de matriz recorre-se, em geral, a um políme- ro de estireno/acrilnitrila (SAN). Preferivelmente, utilizam-se polímeros de enxerto, que contêm como borracha, uma borracha de dieno à base de die- nos, tal como, por exemplo, butadieno ou isopreno (ABS), uma borracha de acrilato de alquila à base de ésteres alquílicos do ácido acrílico, tais como acrilato de n-butila e acrilato de 2-etil-hexila, uma borracha EPDM à base de etileno, propileno e um dieno ou misturas dessas borrachas ou monômeros de borracha.
A preparação de polímeros ABS adequados é detalhadamente descrita, por exemplo, na DE-A 100 26 858 ou na DE-A 197 28 629. Para a preparação de polímeros ASA é possível recorrer, por exemplo, à EP-A 0.099.532. Dados sobre a preparação de polímeros AES são publicados, por exemplo, na US 3.055.859 ou na US 4.224.419. Por éteres poliarilênico de- vem ser entendidos tanto o éter poliarilênico em si, sulfetos de éter poliarilê- nico, sulfonas de éter poliarilênico ou cetonas de éter poliarilênico. Seus grupos arileno podem ser iguais ou diferentes e independentes uns dos ou- tros, representar um radical aromático com 6 a 18 átomos de carbono. E- xemplos de radicais arileno adequados são fenileno, bifenileno, terfenileno, 1,5-naftileno, 1,6-naftileno, 1,5-antrileno, 9,10-antrileno ou 2,6-antrileno. Des- tes, preferem-se o 1,4-fenileno e 4,4'-bifenileno. Preferivelmente1 esses radi- cais aromáticos não são substituídos. No entanto, eles podem portar um ou mais substituintes. Éteres polifenilênicos adequados podem ser comercial- mente obtidos sob a denominação Noryl® (GE Plastics Β. V., Holanda).
Os éteres poliarilênicos são em si conhecidos ou podem ser preparados por métodos em si conhecidos.
Condições operacionais preferidas para a síntese de sulfonas ou cetonas de éter poliarilênico são descritas, por exemplo, na EP-A 0.113.112 e na EP-A 0.135.130. Sulfonas de éter polifenilênico adequadas podem ser obtidas no comércio, por exemplo, sob a denominação Ultrason® E (BASF AG), cetonas de éter polifenilênico adequadas, sob a denominação VESTA- KEEP® (Degussa GmbH).
Além disso, os poliuretanos, poliisocianuratos e poliuréias são materiais adequados para a produção de peças perfiladas de material plásti- co. Produtos de poliadição de poliisocianatos termoplásticos ou reticulados macios, semi-sólidos ou sólidos, por exemplo, poliuretanos, poliisocianuratos e/ou poliuréias são conhecidos de modo geral. Sua preparação é freqüente- mente descrita e é normalmente efetuada através da reação de isocianatos com compostos reativos em relação aos isocianatos em condições geral- mente conhecidas. Preferivelmente, a reação é efetuada na presença de catalisadores e/ou agentes auxiliares.
Como isocianatos tomam-se em consideração os isocianatos orgânicos aromáticos, arilalifáticos, alifáticos e/ou cicloalifáticos em si co- nhecidos, preferivelmente diisocianatos.
Como compostos reativos em relação aos isocianatos, podem ser usados, por exemplo, compostos conhecidos de modo geral com um pe- so molecular de 60 até 10.000 g/mol e uma funcionalidade em relação aos isocianatos de 1 até 8, preferivelmente 2 até 6 (no caso de poliuretanos ter- moplásticos a funcionalidade é de aproximadamente 2), por exemplo, polióis, tais como polióis de poliéter, polióis de poliéster e polióis de poliéter-poliéster com um peso molecular de 500 até 10.000 g/mol e/ou dióis, trióis e/ou polióis com pesos moleculares inferiores a 500 g/mol.
Polilactidas, isto é, polímeros do ácido lático, são em si conheci- das e podem ser preparadas por processos em si conhecidos.
Além da polilactida, podem ser usados também copolímeros e copolímeros por blocos à base de ácido lático e outros monômeros. Na mai- oria das vezes, são usadas polilactidas lineares. Mas também podem ser usados polímeros de ácido lático ramificados. Como ramificadores podem servir, por exemplo, ácidos ou álcoois multifuncionais. Como polímeros halo- genados adequados mencionam-se, por exemplo, polímeros do cloreto de vinila, especialmente cloreto de polivinila (PVC), tal como PVC sólido e PVC macio e copolímeros do cloreto de vinila, tais como massas de moldagem de PVC-U. Além disso, tomam-se em consideração polímeros fluorados, espe- cialmente politetrafluoretileno (PTFE), copolímeros de tetrafluoretileno- perfluorpropileno (FEP), copolímeros do tetrafluoretileno com éter perfluoral- quilvinílico, copolímeros de etileno-tetrafluoretileno (ETFE), fluoreto de poli- vinilideno (PVDF), fluoreto de polivinila (PVF), policlorotrifluoretileno (PCT- FE) e copolímeros de etileno-clorotrifluoretileno (ECTFE).
Polímeros contendo grupos imida são especialmente poliimidas, imidas de poliéter e imidas de poliamida.
Esteres de celulose adequados são, por exemplo, acetato de 25 celulose, acetobutirato de celulose e propionato de celulose.
Além disso, os polímeros de silicone também são tomados em consideração. As borrachas de silicone são especialmente adequadas. Nes- se caso, trata-se normalmente de poliorganossiloxanos, que apresentam grupos capazes para reações de reticulação. Tais polímeros são descritos, por exemplo, em Rõmpp Chemie Lexikon, versão em CD-ROM 1,0, Thieme Verlag Stuttgart 1995.
Finalmente, a classe de compostos dos elastômeros termoplás- ticos (TPE) também pode ser usada. TPE podem ser processados tais como os termoplastos, contudo, têm propriedades elásticas à temperatura ambien- te. São adequados os copolímeros por blocos de TPE1 copolímeros de en- xerto de TPE e copolímeros de TPE segmentados de dois ou mais elemen- tos de composição de monômeros. TPE particularmente adequados são os elastômeros termoplásticos de poliuretano (TPE-U ou TPU), copolímeros por oligobloco de estireno (TPE-S), tais como SBS (copolímero por bloco de esti- reno-butadieno-estireno) e SEBS (copolímero por bloco de estireno-etileno- butileno-estireno, obtenível através da hidratação de SBS), elastômeros ter- moplásticos de poliolefina (TPE-O), elastômeros termoplásticos de poliéste- res (TPE-E), elastômeros termoplásticos de poliamida (TPE-A) e especial- mente vulcanizados termoplásticos (TPE-V). Particularidades dos TPE são encontrados pelo técnico em G. Holden e et al., Thermoplastic Elastomers, 2a edição, Hanser Verlag1 Munique 1996. Além disso, as peças perfiladas podem conter substâncias aditivas comuns e agentes auxiliares de proces- samento.
Substâncias aditivas e agentes auxiliares de processamento a- dequados são, por exemplo, deslizantes ou agentes de desmoldagem, bor- rachas, antioxidantes, estabilizadores contra a ação da luz, antiestáticos, agentes de proteção contra chamas ou agentes de enchimento ou reforço fibrosos ou pulverizados, bem como outras substâncias aditivas ou suas mis- turas.
Deslizantes e agentes de desmoldagem adequados são por e- xemplo, ácido esteárico, álcool esteárico, ésteres ou amidas de ácido esteá- rico, óleos de silicone, estearatos de metais, ceras Montana e ceras à base de polietileno e polipropileno.
Antioxidantes adequados (estabilizadores térmicos) são, por e- xemplo, fenóis estericamente impedidos, hidroquinonas, arilaminas, fosfitas, diversos representantes substituídos desse grupo, bem como suas misturas.
Estabilizadores adequados contra a ação da luz são, por exem- plo, diversas resorcinas substituídas, salicilatos, benzotriazóis, benzofeno- nas e HALS (Hindered Amine Light Stabilizers). Antiestáticos adequados são, por exemplo, derivados de amina, tais como N,N-bis(hidroxialquil)alquilaminas ou -alquilenoaminas, éster poli- etilenoglicólico ou mono- e diestearatos de glicerina, bem como suas misturas.
Agentes de proteção contra chamas adequados são, por exem- plo, compostos halogenados conhecidos pelo técnico, individuais ou junto com trióxido de antimônio ou compostos fosforados, hidróxido de magnésio, fósforo vermelho, bem como outros compostos usuais ou suas misturas. En- tre estes, recaem, por exemplo, os compostos de fósforo publicados na DE- A 196 32 675 ou na Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology, editor Kirk e D. Othmer, vol. 10, 3- edição, Wiley, Nova York, 1980, páginas 340 até 420, tais como fosfatos, por exemplo, triarilfosfatos, como tricresilfosfato, fosfitas, por exemplo, triarilfosfitas ou fosfonitas. Como fosfonitas utilizam-se, via-de- regra, bis(2,4-di-terc.-butilfenil)-fenilfosfonita, tris(2,4-di-terc-butilfenil)- fosfonita, tetraquis(2,4-di-terc.-butil-6-metilfenil)-4,4'-bifenililen-difosfonita, tetraquis(2,4-di-terc.-butilfenil)-4,4'-bifenililenodifosfonita, tetraquis(2,4- dimetilfenil)-1,4-fenilenodifosfonita, tetraquis(2,4-di-terc.-butilfenil)-1,6- hexililenodifosfonita e/ou tetraquis(3,5-dimetil-4-hidroxifenil)-4,4'-bifenilileno- difosfonita ou tetraquis(3,5-di-terc.-butil-4-hidroxifenil)-4,4'-bifenilileno-difosfonita.
Além disso, prestam-se agentes inorgânicos de proteção contra chamas à base de hidróxidos ou carbonatos, especialmente do magnésio, compostos de boro inorgânicos ou orgânicos, tais como ácido bórico, borato de sódio, óxido de boro, tetrafenilborato de sódio e borato de tribenzila, a- gentes de proteção contra chamas nitrogenados, tais como iminofosforanos, cianurato de melamina e polifosfatos de amônio, bem como fosfato de me· lamina (vide também Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology, ibid.). Além dis- so, como agentes de proteção contra chamas tomam-se em consideração também misturas com agentes que não gotejam, tal como teflon ou poliesti- reno de alto peso molecular.
Como exemplos de materiais de enchimento e reforço fibrosos ou pulverizados mencionam-se fibras de carbono ou vidro na forma de teci- dos de vidro, esteiras de vidro ou fibras para tecer de seda de vidro, vidro de corte, bem como esferas de vidro, de modo particularmente preferido, fibras de vidro. As fibras de vidro usadas podem ser de vidro Ε, A ou C e preferi- velmente são acabadas com uma goma, por exemplo, à base de resina epó- xi, silano, aminossilano ou poliuretano e com um promotor de adesão à base de silanos funcionalizados. A incorporação das fibras de vidro pode ser efe- tuada tanto na forma de fibras de vidro curtas, como também na forma de fibras para tecer infinitas.
Como materiais de enchimento em forma de partícula prestam- se, por exemplo, ácido silícico amorfo, whisker, fibras de oxido de alumínio, carbonato de magnésio (giz), quartzo pulverizado, mica, bentonitas, talco, feldspato ou especialmente silicatos de cálcio, tais como wolastonita e caulim.
Os materiais de enchimento e reforço fibrosos, pulverizados ou em forma de partículas, são normalmente usados em quantidades de 1 até 60 e preferivelmente de 10 até 50 % em peso, em relação à peça perfilada.
As seguintes formas de concretização da invenção são possíveis na soldagem por meio de radiação eletromagnética:
- a peça perfilada ou o filme absorve radiação eletromagnética na faixa de onda usada, sem a necessidade de um aditivo ou
- a absorção da radiação eletromagnética é realizada através da adição de um aditivo absorvente.
Nos dois casos, uma das duas partes é transparente para a ra- diação eletromagnética usada, enquanto a outra parte absorve a radiação. Em cada caso, é irradiado através da parte transparente para a radiação.
O filme usado pode ser de uma camada, ele consiste, nesse ca- so, em um material, que realiza uma sólida adesão com o material da peça perfilada. Caso não seja possível obter uma sólida adesão com um filme de uma camada devido à tolerância insatisfatória do material, então pode ser usado um filme de duas camadas, em que uma camada do filme é otimizado para a adesão com a peça perfilada. Caso seja necessário desde a aplica- ção, o filme pode conter, além disso, outras camadas. A preparação desses filmes de multicamadas, por exemplo, através de coextrusão, é estado da técnica.
Em geral, o filme tem uma espessura máxima de 2000 μm, má- xima de 1600 μm, máxima de 1200 μιη, máxima de 1000 μm, máxima de 900 μm, máxima de 800 μm, máxima de 700 μm ou máxima de 600 μm, en- quanto a espessura mínima encontra-se em 10 μm, 15 μm, 20 μm, 25 μm ou 30 μm.
Em uma forma de concretização preferida, o filme ou sua cama- da voltada para fora consiste em uma massa de moldagem à base de uma 10 poliamida parcialmente cristalina.
Essa poliamida parcialmente cristalina não é submetida a ne- nhuma limitação. Nesse caso, tomam-se em consideração, em primeira li- nha, homo- e copolicondensados alifáticos, por exemplo, PA46, PA66, PA88, PA610, PA612, PA810, PA1010, PA1012, PA1212, PA6, PA7, PA8, PA9, μmPA10, PA11 e PA12 (a caracterização das poliamidas corresponde à Norma Internacional, em que o(s) primeiro(s) algarismo(s) indica(m) o número de átomos de carbono da diamina de partida e o(s) último(s) algarismo(s), o número de átomos de carbono do ácido dicarboxílico. Quando apenas um algarismo é mencionado, então isso significa, que se partiu de um ácido α,ω- μm aminocarboxílico ou de uma Iactama derivada do mesmo; ademais, seja feita referência a H. Domininghaus, Die Kunststoffe und ihre Eigenschaften, pági- nas 272 e seguintes, VDI-Verlag, 1976).
Desde que sejam usadas copoliamidas, essas podem conter, por exemplo, ácido adípico, ácido sebácico, ácido córtico, ácido isoftálico, μmácido tereftálico, ácido naftaleno-2,6-dicarboxílico e outros como co-ácido ou bis(4-aminociclohexil)metano, bis(3-metil-4-aminociclohexil)metano, trimetil- hexametilenodiamina, hexametilenodiamina ou similar como co-diamina. Lactamas, tal como caprolactama ou Iaurinlactama ou ácidos aminocarboxí- licos, tal como ácido ω-aminoundecanóico também podem ser incorporados μmcomo co-componentes.
A preparação dessas poliamidas é conhecida (por exemplo, D. B. Jacobs, J. Zimmermann, Polymerization Processes, páginas 424 - 467, Interscience Publishers, Nova York, 1977; DE-AS 21 52 194).
Além disso, os policondensados também são adequados como poliamidas, tais como são descritos, por exemplo, nos relatórios de patentes norte americanas nQ 4.163.101, 4.603.166, 4.831.108, 5.112.685, 5.436.294 e 5.447.980, bem como na EP-A-0.309.095. Em geral, trata-se de policon- densados, cujos monômeros são selecionados de ácidos dicarboxílicos aro- máticos, tais como, por exemplo, ácido tereftálico e ácido isoftálico, ácidos dicarboxílicos alifáticos, tal como, por exemplo, ácido adípico, diaminas alifá- ticas, tais como, por exemplo, hexametilenodiamina, nonametilenodiamina, dodecametilenodiamina e 2-metil-1,5-pentanodiamina, bem como Iactamas ou ácidos ω-aminocarboxílicos, tais como, por exemplo, caprolactama, Iau- rinlactama e ácido ω-aminoundecanóico. O teor das unidades aromáticas de monômeros no policondensado importa, em geral, em pelo menos 15 %, pelo menos 20 %, pelo menos 25 %, pelo menos 30 %, pelo menos 35 %, pelo menos 40 %, pelo menos 45 % ou aproximadamente 50 %, em relação à soma de todas as unidades de monômeros. Tais policondensados são fre- qüentemente designados como "poliftalamidas" ou "PPA". Outras poliamidas adequadas são poli(éter-ésteramidas) ou poli(eteramidas); tais produtos são descritos, por exemplo, na DE-OSS 25.23.991, 27.12.987 e 30.06.961.
A poliamida parcialmente cristalina possui uma entalpia de fusão de pelo menos 8 J/g, preferivelmente de pelo menos 10 J/g, de modo parti- cularmente preferido, de pelo menos 12 J/g e de modo especialmente prefe- rido de pelo menos 16 J/g, medida com o método DSC de acordo com a ISO 11357 no segundo aquecimento e integração do pico de fusão.
A massa de moldagem de poliamida pode conter ou uma dessas poliamidas ou várias como mistura. Além disso, podem estar contidos até 40 % em peso, de outros termoplastos, desde que esses não perturbem a ca- pacidade de ligação, especialmente borrachas que causam a resistência ao impacto, tais como copolímeros de etileno/propileno ou etile- no/propileno/dieno, polipentenileno, polioctenileno, copolímeros estáticos ou formados aos blocos de compostos alquenilaromáticos com olefinas alifáti- cas ou dienos (EP-A-0.261.748) ou borrachas núcleo/casca com um núcleo viscoso de borracha de (met)acrilato, butadieno ou estireno/butadieno com temperaturas vítreas Tg de < -10°C, sendo que o núcleo pode estar reticula- do e a casca ser formada de estireno e/ou metacrilato de metila e/ou outros monômeros insaturados (DE-OSS 21.44.528, 37.28.685).
À massa de moldagem de poliamida podem ser acrescentados os agentes auxiliares e substâncias aditivas comuns para poliamidas, tais como, por exemplo, agentes de proteção contra chamas, estabilizadores, absorvedores de UV, plastificantes, agentes auxiliares de processamento, materiais de enchimento, especialmente para melhorar a condutibilidade elé- trica, materiais de nano enchimento, pigmentos, corantes, agentes de nu- cleização ou similar. A quantidade dos agentes mencionados deve ser dosa- da de maneira tal, que as propriedades desejadas não sejam seriamente prejudicadas. Para a maioria das aplicações, é desejável que a massa de moldagem de poliamida seja suficientemente transparente com a espessura de camada usada.
Em uma forma de concretização preferida, as unidades de mo- nômeros da poliamida, que são derivadas de diamina, ácido dicarboxílico ou lactama (ou ácido aminocarboxílico), possuem em média pelo menos 8 áto- mos de carbono e de modo particularmente preferido, pelo menos 9 átomos de carbono.
Poliamidas particularmente adequadas no âmbito da invenção são:
- a poliamida de diácido 1,12-dodecanóico e 4,4'- diaminodiciclohexilmetano (PA PACM12), especialmente partindo de um 4,4'-diaminodiciclohexilmetano com uma proporção de isômero trans,trans de 35 até 65 %;
- PA612, PA1010, PA1012, PA11, PA12, PA1212, bem como misturas dos mesmos;
- copoliamidas, que são formadas a partir da seguinte combina- ção de monômeros:
a) 65 até 99 % em mol, preferivelmente 75 até 98 % em mol, de modo particularmente preferido, 80 até 97 % em mol e de modo especial- mente preferido, 85 até 96 % em mol, de uma mistura essencialmente equi- molar de uma diamina alifática não-ramificada e um ácido dicarboxílico alifá- tico não-ramificado, em que a mistura está eventualmente presente como sal e, além disso, no cálculo da composição a diamina e ácido dicarboxílico são selecionados em cada caso individualmente, com a limitação, de que a mis- tura de diamina e ácido dicarboxílico contenha em média 8 até 12 átomos de carbono e preferivelmente 9 até 11 átomos de carbono por monômero;
b) 1 até 35 % em mol, preferivelmente 2 até 25 % em mol, de modo particularmente preferido 3 até 20 % em mol e de modo especialmente preferido, 4 até 15 % em mol, de uma mistura essencialmente equimolar de uma diamina cicloalifática e de um ácido dicarboxílico; - copoliamidas, que são formadas da seguinte combinação de monômeros:
a) 50 - 100 partes em peso, preferivelmente 60 - 98 partes em peso, de modo particularmente preferido, 70 - 95 partes em peso e de modo especialmente preferido, 75 - 90 partes em peso, de poliamida, que pode ser preparada dos seguintes monômeros:
α) 70 - 100 % em mol, preferivelmente 75 - 99 % em mol, de modo particularmente preferido, 80 - 98 % em mol e de modo especialmente preferido, 85 - 97 % em mol, de m- e/ou p-xililenodiamina e
β) 0 - 30 % em mol, preferivelmente 1 - 25 % em mol, de modo particularmente preferido, 2-20 % em mol e de modo especialmente prefe- rido, 3 - 15 % em mol, de outras diaminas com 6 a 14 átomos de carbono, sendo que os dados de % em mol, referem-se à soma de diamina, bem como
γ) 70 - 100 % em mol, preferivelmente 75 - 99 % em mol, de modo particularmente preferido, 80 - 98 % em mol e de modo especialmente preferido, 85 - 97 % em mol, de ácidos dicarboxílicos alifáticos com 10 a 18 átomos de carbono e
δ) 0 - 30 % em mol, preferivelmente 1 - 25 % em mol, de modo particularmente preferido, 2-20 % em mol e de modo especialmente prefe- rido 3 - 15 % em mol, de outros ácidos dicarboxílicos com 6 a 9 átomos de carbono, em que os dados de % em mol, referem-se à soma de ácido dicarboxílico,
b) 0 - 50 partes em peso, preferivelmente 2-40 partes em pe- so, de modo particularmente preferido, 5-30 partes em peso e de modo especialmente preferido, 10-25 partes em peso, de uma outra poliamida, preferivelmente de uma poliamida com, em média, 8 átomos de carbono nas unidades de monômeros, sendo que as partes em peso, de a) e b) perfazem 100.
Em uma outra forma de concretização preferida, o filme ou sua camada voltada para forma consiste em uma massa de moldagem à base de um polímero de flúor, por exemplo, difluoreto de polivinilideno (PVDF), copo- límero de etileno/tetrafluoretileno (ETFE) ou terpolimeros à base de etileno, tetrafluoretileno e um termonômero, que contém geralmente flúor e em pri- meira linha é incorporado para diminuir o ponto de fusão. Tais produtos po- dem ser obtidos comercialmente.
Em outras formas de concretização preferidas, o filme ou sua camada voltada para fora consiste em uma massa de moldagem à base de um poliéster ou uma poliolefina. Poliésteres adequados são, por exemplo, tereftalato de polietileno, tereftalato de polipropileno, tereftalato de polibutile- no, polietileno-2,6-naftalato, polipropileno-2,6-naftalato ou polibutileno-2,6- naftalato, ao passo que em primeira linha, como poliolefina, tomam-se em consideração o polietileno (especialmente HDPE, LDPE e LLDPE) e polipro- pileno (isotáctico ou sindiotáctico, homopolímero como também copolímeros com eteno e/ou 1-buteno, sendo preferidos aqui os copolímeros random).
Na camada do filme voltada para dentro, que age como promo- tor de adesão, são selecionadas massas de moldagem, que são conhecidas como adequadas para a combinação do material. Promotores de adesão freqüentemente usados são, por exemplo, poliolefinas, que são modificadas com ácidos carboxílicos insaturados ou anidridos de ácidos insaturados. Uma série desses produtos podem ser comercialmente obtidos sob as de- signações comerciais ADMER®e BYNEL®.
Outros promotores de adesão conhecidos contêm os polímeros da peça perfilada e a camada de filme voltada para fora, bem como eventu- almente um promotor de compatibilidade.
Aditivos, que absorvem a radiação eletromagnética, são estado da técnica. O aditivo absorvente pode ser, por exemplo, fuligem. Outros adi- tivos absorventes adequados são carvão de ossos, grafita, outras partículas de carbono, fosfato de hidróxido de cobre (KHP), corantes, pigmentos ou metal em pó. Pigmentos de interferência, tais como são descritos, por exem- plo, na EP-A-0.797.511 também são bem adequados; produtos correspon- dentes são vendidos pelo nome comercial Iriodin®. Do mesmo modo, os adi- tivos descritos na WO 00/20157 e na WO 02/38677 (por exemplo, Clear- Weld®) ou os aditivos da série de produtos Lumogen® IR (BASF AG) tam- bém são bem adequados.
Do mesmo modo, prestam-se, além disso: mica ou pigmentos de mica, dióxido de titânio, caulim, óxido de antimônio(lll), pigmentos de metais, pigmentos à base de oxicloreto de bismuto (por exemplo, serie Biflair da Merck, pigmento de alto brilho), óxido de índioestanho (pó Nano ITO, da Na- nogate Technologies GmbH ou AdNanotm ITO da Degussa), AdNanotm Zin- koxid (Degussa), hexaboreto de lantano, óxido de antimônio zinco, bem co- mo agentes de proteção contra chamas obteníveis comercialmente, os quais apresentam cianurato de melamina ou fósforo, preferivelmente fosfatos, fos- fitas, fosfonitas ou fósforo elementar (vermelho).
Quando é preciso evitar uma perturbação da cor própria, o ab- sorvedor apresenta preferivelmente pigmentos de interferência, de modo particularmente preferido, da série Iriodin LS da Merck ou ClearWeld®.
A fuligem pode ser produzida pelo processo negro-de-fornalha, pelo processo negro-de-gás ou pelo processo negro-de-fumo, preferivelmen- te pelo processo negro-de-fornalha. O tamanho das partículas primárias en- contra-se entre 10 e 100 nm, preferivelmente entre 20 e 60 nm, a distribui- ção do grão pode ser estreita ou larga. A superfície BET de acordo com a DIN 53601 encontra-se entre 10 e 600 m2/g, preferivelmente entre 70 e 400 m2/g. As partículas de negro-de-fumo podem ser pós-tratadas oxidativamen- te para ajustar as funcionalidades da superfície. Elas podem ser ajustadas hidrófobas (por exemplo, Printex 55 ou negro-de-fumo 100 da Degussa) ou hidrófilas (por exemplo, negro-de-cor FW20 ou Printex 150 T da Degussa). Elas podem ser de alta estruturação ou baixa estruturação; com isso, des- creve-se um grau de agregação das partículas primárias. Através do uso de negros-de-fumo de condutibilidade especiais, é possível ajustar a condutibi- lidade elétrica dos elementos de composição preparados a partir do pó de acordo com a invenção. Através do uso de negros-de-fumo perolados, pode ser aproveitada uma melhor dispergibilidade tanto no caso dos processos de mistura molhados, como também nos secos. O uso de dispersões de negro- de-fumo também pode ser vantajoso.
Carvão de ossos é um pigmento preto mineral, o qual contém carbono elementar. Ele consiste em 70 até 90 % de fosfato de cálcio e em 30 até 10 % de carbono. A densidade encontra-se tipicamente entre 2,3 e 2,8 g/ml.
O absorvente também pode conter uma mistura de pigmentos orgânicos e/ou inorgânicos, agentes de proteção contra chamas ou outras matérias corantes, que, cada um por si, não absorve ou absorve mal nos comprimentos de onda entre 100 e 3.000, contudo, na combinação, absor- vem a energia eletromagnética introduzida suficientemente bem para o uso no processo de acordo com a invenção.
A concentração do aditivo absorvente na massa de moldagem importa normalmente em 0,05 até 20 % em peso, preferivelmente 0,1 até 5 % em peso e de modo particularmente preferido, 0,2 até 1,5 % em peso.
A soldagem é efetuada de maneira correspondente ao estado da técnica, recomendavelmente sob força de pressão.
A radiação eletromagnética não é limitada com respeito à faixa de freqüência. Por exemplo, pode tratar-se de radiação de microondas, de radiação IV ou preferivelmente de radiação de laser.
A radiação de laser usada no processo de acordo com a inven- ção, tem geralmente um comprimento de onda na faixa de 150 até 11.000, preferivelmente na faixa de 700 até 2.000 e de modo particularmente prefe- rido, na faixa de 800 até 1.100 nm.
Em princípio, todos os laser comuns são adequados, por exem- pio, laser a gás e laser de corpo sólido. Laser a gás são, por exemplo, (o comprimento de onda típico da radiação emitida é indicada entre parênte- ses): laser de CO2 (10600 nm), laser a gás de argônio (488 nm e 514,5 nm), laser a gás de hélio-neon (543 nm, 632,8 nm, 1150 nm), laser a gás de crip- tônio (330 até 360 nm, 420 até 800 nm), laser a gás de hidrogênio (2600 até 3000 nm), laser a gás de nitrogênio (337 nm), laser de corpo sólido são, por exemplo (o comprimento de onda típico da radiação emitida é indicada entre parênteses): laser Nd: YAG (Nd3+: Y3AI5Oi2) (1064 nm), laser de diodos de alta potência (800 até 1000 nm), laser de rubi (694 nm), laser excimer de F2 (157 nm), laser excimer de ArF (193 nm), laser excimer de KrCI (222 nm), laser excimer de KrF (248 nm), laser excimer de XeCI (308 nm), laser exci- mer de XeF (351 nm), bem como laser Nd: YAG de freqüência multiplicada com comprimentos de onda de 532 nm (freqüência duplicada), 355 nm (fre- qüência triplicada) ou 266 nm (freqüência quadruplicada).
Normalmente, os laser usados são acionados com potências de 1 até 200, preferivelmente 5 até 100 e especialmente 10 até 50 Watt.
As densidades de energia dos laser usados são indicados na literatura como as chamadas "energias lineares" e na presente invenção, encontram-se geralmente na faixa de 0,1 até 50 J/mm. A densidade de e- nergia real é definida como potência introduzida/superfície de soldagem pro- duzida. Este valor é comparado com a proporção da energia linear/largura da costura de solda produzida. As densidades de energia reais dos laser usados importam normalmente em 0,01 até 25 J/mm2. A densidade de ener- gia a ser selecionada depende, além das propriedades de reflexão do corpo transparente, entre outros, do fato, se as peças perfiladas de material plásti- co a serem unidas contêm materiais de enchimento ou de reforço ou outros materiais que absorvem ou regulam intensamente o laser. Para polímeros, que possuem uma baixa reflexão e não contêm materiais de enchimento ou de reforço, as densidades de energia importam normalmente em 1 até 20, especialmente em 3 até 10 J/mm. Para polímeros, que contêm materiais de enchimento ou de reforço, elas importam normalmente em 3 até 50, especi- almente 5 até 20 J/mm. Laser correspondentes, que podem ser usados no processo de acordo com a invenção, podem ser obtidos comercialmente.
Laser particularmente preferidos emitem na faixa infravermelha de ondas curtas. Esses laser particularmente preferidos são laser de corpo sólido, especialmente o laser Nd:YAG (1064 nm) e laser de diodos de alta potência (800 até 1.000 nm).
Quando a peça perfilada absorve a radiação eletromagnética usada, irradia-se através do filme. Nesse caso, o filme é suficientemente transparente para a radiação.
No entanto, também pode ser usada uma peça perfilada trans- parente para a radiação, bem como um filme absorvente de uma camada; nesse caso, irradia-se através da peça perfilada.
Em uma outra forma de concretização, encaixa-se um filme de multicamadas, cuja camada voltada para dentro (isto é, para a peça perfila- da) é absorvente. Nesse caso, pode irradiar-se através do filme. Caso a pe- ça perfilada seja suficientemente transparente, contudo, também pode irra- diar-se através da peça perfilada.
No caso de um filme ou camada de cobertura transparente, é vantajoso que o filme ou a camada de cobertura não seja fundido junto. Por conseguinte, o aperto não causa marcas sobre a superfície. Nesse caso, é favorável coordenar as regiões de fusão ou amolecimento da camada de cobertura ou do filme (com concretização de uma camada), a eventual ca- mada do promotor de adesão e a peça perfilada. Preferivelmente, a faixa de fusão ou amolecimento do promotor de adesão é mais baixa do que a da camada de cobertura. Em um filme de uma camada, é preferível que a faixa de fusão ou amolecimento do material da peça perfilada seja mais baixa.
O filme (com concretização em uma camada) ou a camada de cobertura (isto é, a camada de um filme de multicamadas voltada para fora) pode satisfazer as mais diversas exigências. Ela pode possuir uma função protetora com uma boa resistência ao risco, resistência ao UV, temperatura ou produtos químicos ou, desde que seja suficientemente transparente, estar estampada do lado posterior, o que como conseqüência, que a estampagem não pode ser removida ou raspada. Por exemplo, superfícies de poliolefina, por exemplo, frascos, sem tratamento prévio com filmes, por exemplo, na forma de etiquetas, podem ser providas com o processo de acordo com a invenção. Do mesmo modo, é possível a aplicação de emblemas ou de fil- mes protetores tal como a decoração de superfícies ou a inscrição ou carac- terização de elementos de composição relevantes para a segurança ou a aplicação de provas de origem, referências de garantia ou segurança. Nú- meros de peças menores também podem ser produzidos de maneira sim- ples e confiável com auxílio dessa técnica.
Na soldagem, o filme pode ser apertado com uma esfera ou um rolo. O jato pode ser conduzido através de um rolo pressor suficientemente transparente. Alternativamente disso, o jato também pode ser introduzido pouco atrás ou entre dois rolos. O filme também pode ser aspirado por meio de vácuo à peça perfilada ou ser rejuntado com uma combinação de rolo pressor e vácuo.
Em uma forma de concretização particularmente adequada, o jato de laser é focado através de uma lente de uma esfera de vidro giratória, que serve ao mesmo tempo como ferramenta mecânica de aperto. Elemen- tos de composição complexos com costura de ensamblar tridimensional também podem ser soldados com essa variante do processo. Nesse caso, uma lente de esfera de vidro giratória, armazenada com ar, introduz a força de pressão no ponto do ensamblamento. O ponto de aperto encontra-se continuamente no eixo do sistema ótico, de maneira que a radiação laser só incide no ponto, onde há a força de pressão. Isso garante uma alta qualida- de da solda também em geometrias tridimensionais complexas.
Claims (6)
1. Processo para a preparação de uma peça perfilada decorada superficialmente, em que a) é preparada uma peça perfilada e b) pelo menos uma porção da superfície da peça perfilada é soldada com um filme decorativo com irradiação de radiação eletromagnética.
2. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que a peça perfilada é preparada por um processo sem ferramenta que funciona em camadas.
3. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que a peça perfilada contém 1 até 60 % em peso, de materiais de enchimento e/ou reforço.
4. Processo de acordo com uma das reivindicações preceden- tes, caracterizado pelo fato de que o filme é de uma ou multicamadas.
5. Processo de acordo com uma das reivindicações preceden- tes, caracterizado pelo fato de que o filme ou a camada do filme voltada para fora consiste em uma massa de moldagem à base de poliamida parcialmen- te cristalina, polímero de flúor, poliéster ou poliolefina.
6. Processo de acordo com uma das reivindicações preceden- tes, caracterizado pelo fato de que no caso da radiação eletromagnética, trata-se de radiação laser.
