Abstract

DISPOSITIVO PARA A REGULAGEM DO DESLOCAMENTO LATERAL DE TIRAS DE MATERIAL. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para a regulagem do deslocamento lateral de peças contínuas de material, que apresenta uma estrutura de suporte 1 para retenção de um rolo 2 e um dispositivo 3 para levantamento da peça contínua de material do rolo. De acordo com a invenção, a estrutura de suporte apresenta uma parte 4 fixa e ao menos uma parte 5 móvel. O rolo 2 está de preferência montado em primeiros suportes 6, sendo que os primeiros suportes 6 estão fixados à parte 5 móvel da estrutura de suporte, de modo que o rolo 2 pode ser deslocado juntamente com os primeiros suportes 6. A vantagem dessa construção reside em que a montagem do rolo sobre um correspondente eixo pode ser configurada mais simples e menor dimensionada. Em oposição ao estado atual da técnica, segundo o qual o rolo está disposto deslocável sobre um eixo fixo, o eixo segundo a presente invenção deve absorver forças ou torques menores. Segundo um outro aspecto da invenção, o dispositivo de levantamento 3 pode apresentar ao menos dois rolos individuais 11, que estão montados giratórios em dois suportes laterais 18. Os rolos individuais 11 estão então de preferência dispostos ao longo de uma área de segmento de arco de círculo. A peça contínua de material pode assim ser defletida com um raio tão grande quanto possível. Dessa maneira, é reduzida uma indesejada oscilação de retorno do segmento pendente da peça contínua de material, que é produzida pela operação intermitente. Os segmentos extremos da área de segmento de arco de círculo ou da área curvada podem ainda se estender tangencialmente à direção de curso da peça contínua de material prevista, de modo que seja produzida uma deflexão da peça contínua de material sem dobra.
