Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE POLIARILENOETERCETONA. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de uma poliarilenoetercetona, que contém as seguintes etapas: a) reação de um composto dihalogenado aromático com um bisfenol e/ou um halogeno-fenol, em presença de carbonato de metal alcalino e/ou alcalino- terroso, em um solvente aprótico de elevado ponto de ebulição, para formar uma poliarilenoetercetona, b) cominuição à úmido da mistura de reação endurecida, em presença de água, c) lavagem com um solvente orgânico, d) lavagem com água e e) secagem do produto lavado, sendo que a mistura de reação cominuída à úmido é alimentada á lavagem em duas etapas com uma umidade residual de pelo menos 1% em peso, conduz a teores residuais nitidamente menores em sais e solvente de reação.
