Abstract
composto precursor de composto orgânico marcado com halogênio radioativo. a presente invenção tem por objetivo oferecer um novo composto orgânico de aminoácidos que possa ser utilizado como composto precursor para marcação para compostos de aminoácidos marcados com halogênio radioativo incluindo [18f]facbc, e que impeça o metanol de remanescer nos compostos de aminoácidos marcados com halogênio radioativo produzidos a partir dos mesmos. o novo composto orgânico de aminoácidos é um composto representado pela seguinte fórmula: (1) em que n é um número inteiro igual 0 ou de 1 a 4; r1 é um substituinte etila, 1-propila ou isopropila; x é um substituinte halogênio ou um grupo representado por -or2; r2 é um substituinte ácido haloalquilsulfônico de cadeia linear ou cadeia ramificada com um a 10 átomos de carbono, substituinte trialquilestanil com 3 a 12 átomos de carbono, substituinte ácido fluorsulfônico ou substituinte ácido sulfônico aromático; e r3 é um grupo protetor.
