Abstract

PROMOTORES DE AOX1 MUTANTES. A presente invenção refere-se a um promotor de álcool oxidase 1 (AOX1) de Pichia pastoris mutante, do promotor de AOX1 de Pichia pastoris de tipo selvagem (SEQ ID N 1), compreendendo pelo menos uma mutação selecionada a partir do grupo consistindo em: a) um sítio de ligação a fator de transcrição (TFBS), b) nucleotídeos 170 a 235 (-784 a -719), nucleotídeos 170 a 191 (-784 a -763), nucleotídeos 192 a 213 (-762 a -741), nucleotídeos 192 a 210 (-762 a -744), nucleotídeos 207 a 209 (-747 a -745), nucleotídeos 214 a 235 (-740 a -719), nucleotídeos 304 a 350 (-650 a -604), nucleotídeos 364 a 393 (-590 a -561), nucleotídeos 434 a 508 (-520 a -446), nucleotídeos 509 a 551 (-445 a -403), nucleotídeos 552 a 560 (-402 a -394), nucleotídeos 585 a 617 (-369 a -337), nucleotídeos 621 a 660 (-333 a -294), nucleotídeos 625 a 683 (-329 a -271), nucleotídeos 736 a 741 (-218 a -213), nucleotídeos 737 a 738 (-217 a -216), nucleotídeos 726 a 755 (-228 a -199), nucleotídeos 784 a 800 (-170 a -154) ou nucleotídeos 823 a 861 (-131 a -93) de SEQ ID N 1, e suas combinações.
