Abstract

"MéTODO DE PRODUçãO CONTìNUO DE POLìMERO SOLúVEL EM áGUA E POLìMERO SOLúVEL EM áGUA". A presente invenção refere-se a um método de produção contínuo para a produção de um polímero solúvel em água com uma distribuição de peso molecular estreita com alta eficácia. Um método de produção contínuo de um polímero solúvel em água, compreendendo as etapas de: circulação de um líquido de circulação contendo um monómero tendo uma ligação insaturada polimerizável através de um aparelho de reação: tendo um tanque e uma linha de circulação compreendendo uma tubulação que circula do lado de fora do tanque, e desse modo produzindo um polímero solúvel em água continuamente, e descarregamento de parte do líquido de circulação a partir de uma linha de descarga, em que a linha de circulação é provida de um dispositivo de resfriamento pelo menos em uma posição.
