Abstract
"ìMã PERMANENTE DE TERRA COM FUNCIONALIDADE GRADUADA". Um ímã permanente de terra rara com funcionalidade graduada está na forma de um corpo de imã sinterizado tendo uma composição R¬ 1¬~ a~R¬ 2¬~ b~T~ c~A~ d~F~ e~O~ f~M~ g~ em que a concentração de R¬ 2¬/ (R¬ 1¬+R¬ 2¬) contida em limites de granulação circundando as granulações de fase primária de sistema tetragonal (R¬ 1¬, R¬ 2¬)~ 2~T~ 14~A dentro do corpo de ímã sinterizado é na média superior à concentração de R¬ 2¬/ (R¬ 1¬+R¬ 2¬) contida nas granulações de fase primária, R¬ 2¬ é distribuído de tal modo que sua concentração aumenta na média a partir do centro em direção à superfície do corpo de ímã, o oxifluoreto de (R¬ 1¬, R¬ 2¬) está presente em limites de granulação em uma região de limite de granulação que se estende a partir da superfície do corpo de ímã até uma profundidade de pelo menos 0,02 mm, e o corpo de ímã inclui uma camada de superfície tendo uma força coercitiva maior do que no interior. A invenção provê ímãs permanentes tendo resistência térmica aperfeiçoada.
