Abstract
COMPOSIÇçO PARA TRATAMENTO DE SUPERFÍCIE METÁLICA, LÍQUIDO DE TRATAMENTO PARA TRATAMENTO DE SUPERFÍCIE, MÉTODO DE TRATAMENTO DE SUPERFÍCIE, E MATERIAL METÁLICO COM SUPERFÍCIE TRATADA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição de tratamento de superfície que é um líquido de tratamento que não contém ingredientes prejudiciais ao ambiente esse líquido de tratamento tem sido difícil de se obter com qualquer técnica convencional. A composição fornece um filme de revestimento tendo excelente resistência à corrosão após o revestimento ser depositado por um tratamento de superfície em uma superfície de material metálico, por exemplo um material metálico baseado em ferro. A composi- ção, que é para tratamento de uma superfície de metal compreendendo ferro e/ou zinco, compreende os seguintes ingredientes (A), (B), e (C): (A) um composto contendo pelo menos um elemento selecionado no grupo que consiste em titânio, zircônio, háfnio, e silício; (B) um composto contendo itrio e/ou um elemento lantanideo; e (C) ácido nítrico e/ou um composto de ácido nítrico. Na composição, a razão da concentração mássica total B do itrio e/ou elemento lantanídeo no ingrediente (B) para a concentração mássica total A do(s) elemento(s) no ingrediente (A), K1=B/A, é 0,05 <243> K1 <243> 50 e a razão da concentração mássica total C de átomos de nitrogênio no ingrediente (C) em termos da concentração de NO~ 3~ para a concentração mássica total A, K2 = C/A, é 0,01 <243> K2 <243> 200.
