Abstract
MEIO E CULTIVO DAS CéLULAS TRONCO EMBRIÈNICA. Os métodos prévios para cultivação das células tronco embriónica humana tem requerido ou células alimentadoras do fibroblasto ou um meio, que tem sido exposto às células aumentadoras do fibroblasto, a fim de manter as células tronco em um estado não diferenciado. Agora tem agora sido constatado que se os níveis elevados do fator de crescimento do fibroblasto, ácido gama amino butírico, ácido pipecólico, lítio e transformando o fator de crescimento beta são adicionados ao meio em que as células são cultuvadas, as células tronco permanecerão indefinidamente não diferenciadas através das múltiplas passagens, ainda sem células alimentadoras ou meio de condicionado.
