Abstract

COMPOSIçãO, MEIO CONDICIONADO DE CéLULAS ESTROMAIS DE MEDULA óSSEA, MéTODOS DE MODULAR A EXPRESSãO DA MOLéCULA DO COMPLEXO PRINCIPAL DE HISTOCOMPATIBILIDADE E DA MOLéCULA DE MHC SOBRE UMA NSC ISOLADA, NSC ISOLADA, E DISPOSITIVO DE CULTURA DE CéLULAS NEURAIS A presente invenção abrange métodos e composições para intensificar o crescimento de células-tronco neurais. Métodos para modular a expressão de moléculas de MHC em uma célula-tronco neural (NSC) são também inclídos na invenção.
