Abstract

COMPOSIçãO DE ESPUMAçãO, PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO CONSUMìVEL SOLúVEL, E, MéTODO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO DE ESPUMAçãO Uma composição de espumação inclui uma composição solúvel isenta de carboidrato em pó que inclui partículas de proteína tendo uma pluralidade de vazios internos contendo gás pressurizado aprisionado.
