Abstract
Productos alimenticios que comprenden flavanonas. En particular, productos alimenticios que comprenden hesperidina con mejor estabilidad. También procesos para la fabricacion de productos alimenticios que comprenden dichas flavanonas, en especial, hesperidina, y el uso de los productos alimenticios en la fabricacion de composiciones para mejorar la salud de los huesos y de la piel. Reivindicacion 1: Proceso para la fabricacion de un producto alimenticio en polvo, líquido o semilíquido que comprende flavanonas, caracterizado porque comprende las siguientes etapas: a. calentar la flavanona en agua a una temperatura de al menos 138°C, preferentemente, 140-160°C, de 1 a 60 segundos, y b. incorporar la flavanona en el producto alimenticio.
