Reivindicacion 1: Un método para preparar una solucion supersaturada de rebaudiosido D, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas que consisten en: a) mezclar rebaudiosido D en un líquido acuoso con calentamiento a una temperatura elevada para formar una solucion de rebaudiosido D calentada que tiene un pH de, al menos, 7,0; b) enfriar la solucion de rebaudiosido D para formar una solucion supersaturada de rebaudiosido D; c) agregar, al menos, un ingrediente de bebida a la solucion supersaturada de rebaudiosido D para formar un producto de bebida que tiene un pH de, al menos, 7,0; y d) acidular el precursor de producto de bebida a un pH inferior a 4,0.
