Abstract

ISOLAMENTO SEQüENCIAL DE PROTEìNAS E ESQUEMAS DE PURIFICAçãO ATRAVéS DE CROMATOGRAFIA POR AFINIDADE A invenção revela métodos para o isolamento e purificação seqüencial de proteínas e purificação a partir de uma amostra biológica através de cromatografia por afinidade. A cromatografia por afinidade é conduzida usando ligantes ou complexos de ligante-suporte que se ligam seletivamente e especificamente a proteínas na amostra biológica. Os ligantes ou os complexos de ligante-suporte foram colocados em contato seqüencialmente em uma ordem pré-determinada com a amostra biológica para permitir que cada ligante ou complexo ligante-suporte se ligue seqüencialmente a uma proteína da amostra biológica.
