Abstract
dispositivo e método para detectar qualitativamente e/ou quantitativamente interações moleculares entre moléculas entre moléculas de sonda e moléculas alvo, e, uso de um dipositivo. a invenção relaciona-se a dispositivos e métodos para detectar interações específicas entre moléculas de sonda e alvo. a invenção relaciona-se especialmente a um dispositivo para a detecção qualitativa e/ou quantitativa de interações moleculares entre moléculas de sonda e alvo, que inclui a) um micro-arranjo incluindo um substrato no qual moléculas de sonda são imobilizadas em elementos de arranjo, dito micro-arranjo estando localizado em uma primeira superfície do dispositivo; e b) uma câmara de reação que é definida entre a primeira área com o micro-arranjo disposto nela e uma segunda superfície, a distância entre o micro-arranjo e a segunda superfície sendo modificável.
