Abstract

MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR EFICIENTEMENTE UM POLICARBONATO AROMáTICO E POLICARBONATO AROMáTICO PRODUZIDO POR MEIO DE TAL MéTODO. é um objetivo da presente invenção prover um método que permite a produção de um policarbonato aromático de alta qualidade, de alto desempenho (que é incolor e tem excelentes propriedades mecânicas), a partir de um pré-polímero de policarbonato aromático fundido, obtido a partir de um composto de dihidroxila aromático e carbonato de diarila, em que o policarbonato pode ser estavelmente produzido em uma escala comercial em 1 a 50 t/hr por um longo tempo sem a necessidade de uma grande quantidade de um gás inerte. Na presente invenção, este objetivo foi atingido por meio de um método para produção de um policarbonato aromático pelo processo de transesterificação por fusão, em que o pré-polímero é feito com que absorva uma quantidade específica de um gás inerte, seguido pela polimerização usando um dispositivo polimerizador de molhagem por queda em guia tendo uma estrutura específica, por meio do qual um policarbonato aromático de alta qualidade, de alto desempenho, como mencionado acima, pode ser estavelmente produzido em uma escala comercial em 1 a 50 t/hr por um longo tempo (maior do que vários milhares de horas, por exemplo, durante 5.000 horas) sem flutuação do peso molecular do mesmo.
