Abstract

Практичный способ, в котором ароматический поликарбонат, высокого качества с высокими эксплуатационными характеристиками, обладающий превосходными механическими свойствами и отличающийся отсутствием какого-либо окрашивания, можно стабильно получать в промышленных масштабах при производительности в диапазоне от 1 до 50 т/ч в течение длительного периода времени из расплавленного форполимера ароматического поликарбоната, полученного из ароматического дигидроксисоединения и диарилкарбоната. В частности, предлагается способ получения в промышленных масштабах ароматического поликарбоната в соответствии с процессом, проводимым в расплаве, включающий полимеризацию расплавленного форполимера ароматического поликарбоната, полученного в результате проведения реакции между ароматическим дигидроксисоединением и диарилкарбонатом, при использовании полимеризатора, относящегося к типу реакторов с нисходящим потоком в контакте с направляющей, характеризующегося специфической структурой, так что при производительности в диапазоне от 1 до 50 т/ч в течение длительного периода ≥нескольких 1000, например ≥ 5000 ч, можно будет стабильно получать ароматический поликарбонат высокого качества с высокими эксплуатационными характеристиками, обладающий превосходными механическими свойствами и отличающийся отсутствием какого-либо окрашивания, без какой-либо флуктуации молекулярной массы и тому подобного.
