Abstract
APARELHO E MéTODO PARA DISTRIBUIçãO TRANSDéRMICA DE MúLTIPLAS VACINAS. a presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho e método para a distribuição transdérmica de um agente imunologicamente ativo compreendendo um sistema de distribuição possuindo um conjunto de microprojeções que inclui uma pluraridade de microprojeções que são adaptadas para perfurar o stratum corneum e entrar na camada epidérmica subjacente,ou as camadas de ipiderme e derme, o conjunto de microprojeção uma pluraridade de regiões de conjunto, cada uma das regiões de conjunto, cada uma das regiões de conjunto posuindo um revesimento biocompatível diferente na mesma,onde pelo menos um dos revestimentos de região de conjunto iclui um agente imunologicamente ativo. Em uma modalidade, cada revestimento nas regiões de conjunto inclui um agente imunologicamente ativo diferente. Em outra modalidade,o revestimento biocompatível em uma primeira região de conjunto inclui um agente imunologicamente ativo e o revestimento biocompatível em uma segunda região de conjunto inclui um adjuvante de aumento de resposta imune.
