Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR BUTADIENO A PARTIR DE n-BUTANO A invenção diz respeito a um método para produzir butadieno a partir do n-butano, compreendendo as etapas de A) prover uma corrente "a" de gás de entrada contendo n-butano; B) alimentar referida corrente "a" de gás de entrada contendo n-butano a pelo menos uma primeira zona de desidrogenação e desidrogenar o n-butano de uma maneira catalítica não oxidante, por meio do que uma corrente de gás produto b contendo n-butano, 1-buteno, 2-buteno, butadieno, hidrogênio, componentes secundários de baixo ponto de ebulição, e corrente opcional, é obtido; C) alimentar a corrente de gás produto b resultante do processo de desidrogenação catalítica não oxidante e um gás contendo oxigênio, a pelo menos uma segunda zona de desidrogenação e de forma oxidante desidrogenar 1-buteno e 2-buteno, por meio do que uma corrente de gás produto c contendo n-butano, 2-buteno, butadieno, hidrogênio, componentes secundários de baixo ponto de ebulição, e vapor, é obtido, referido segunda corrente de gás produto c tendo um maior conteúdo de butadieno do que a corrente de gás produto b; D) eliminar o hidrogênio, os componentes secundários de baixo ponto de ebulição, e o vapor, por meio do que uma corrente de gás produto C~ 4~ d essencialmente compreendendo n-butano, 2-buteno e butadieno, é obtido; E) separar a corrente de gás produto C~ 4~ d em uma corrente de recirculação e1 essencialmente compreendendo n-butano n- butano e 2-buteno e uma corrente de produto de valor e2 substancialmente compreendendo butadieno, por meio de destilação extrativa; F) alimentar a corrente e1 essencialmente compreendendo n-butano e 2-buteno, bem como uma corrente de circulação "g" contendo 1-buteno e 2-buteno, a uma zona de destilação e separá-lo em uma correente de produto de valor f1, uma corrente "f2" de recirculação contendo 2-buteno e n-butano, e uma corrente "f3" contendo 2-buteno, e redireiconar a corrente "f2" de recirculação para a primeira zona de desidrogenação; G) alimentar a corrente "f3" contendo 2-buteno para uma zona de isomerização e isomerizar o 2-buteno em 1-buteno, por meio do que uma corrente "g" de circulação contendo 1-buteno e 2-buteno é obtido, e redirecionar a corrente "g" de gás de circulação para a zona de destilação.
