Abstract

"PILHA SOLAR SENSIBILIZADA COM CORANTE". A presente invenção, refere-se a uma pilha solar sensibilizada com corante incluindo: um primeiro substrato tendo uma propriedade de transmissão de luz; um eletrodo semicondutor contendo um corante de sensibilização e disposto com uma primeira superfície do mesmo virada para o primeiro substrato; um primeiro eletrodo coletor disposto em uma segunda superfície do eletrodo semicondutor; uma camada isolante disposta em contato com o primeiro eletrodo coletor; uma camada de eletrodo catalítico disposta com uma primeira superfície da mesma virada para a camada isolante; um segundo substrato disposto em uma segunda superfície da camada do eletrodo catalítico; e um material de eletrólito incorporado no eletrodo semicondutor, no primeiro eletrodo coletor e na camada isolante. Essa pilha solar sensibilizada com corante fica com resistência interna menor sem a necessidade de prover um eletrodo coletor de transmissão de luz e similar para o primeiro substrato de transmissão de luz no lado incidente da luz.
