Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA A OXIDAçãO SELETIVA DE CARBOIDRATOS COM A UTILIZAçãO DE CATALISADORES DE OURO SUPORTADOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a oxidação seletiva de um carboidrato na presença de um catalisador de ouro, que compreende partículas de ouro distribuídas de forma nanodispersa sobre um suporte de óxido de metal, a um processo para oxidação seletiva de um oligossacarídeo na presença de um catalisador de ouro, que compreende partículas de ouro distribuídas de forma nanodispersa sobre um suporte de carbono ou óxido de metal, e aos produtos de oxidação de ácido aldónico preparados por meio da utilização destes processos.
