Abstract
"SISTEMA COMPREENDENDO UM ATUADOR, ATUADOR DE CREMALHEIRA E PINHãO E MéTODO PARA PROLONGAR A VIDA DE CICLO DE UM ATUADOR DE CREMALHEIRA E PINHãO" E descrito um atuador que tem um conjunto de pistões deslizáveis que inclui regiões de deslizamento, com as regiões de deslizamento incluindo pelo menos um componente de deslizamento suportado por um componente resiliente e um segundo componente de desgaste espaçado lateralmente do primeiro componente de desgaste com um reservatório de lubrificação localizado entre eles para manter os componentes de desgaste em encaixe deslizante lubrificado com as paredes cilíndricas do alojamento para limitar a necessidade de substituir ou reparar o atuador. A fim de proporcionar entrada e saída de fluido nas câmaras entro do atuador, uma passagem de canal estende-se ao longo do lado traseiro da extensão do pistão para permitir rápida ventilação de fluido nela.
