Abstract

"MáQUINAS HIDRáULICAS DE PISTãO LONGO". A presente invenção refere-se a bombas / motores hidráulicos menores e mais leves que são proporcionados com pistões possuindo partes de corpo substancialmente tão longas quanto o comprimento axial dos respectivos cilindros nos quais eles se movem de forma alternada. Cada um dentre uma pluralidade de canais de lubrificação respectivos formados de forma circunferencial e radialmente cortando transversalmente as paredes de cada cilindro é posicionado para ser fechado o tempo todo pelo corpo cilíndrico axial de cada pistão respectivo durante todo o seu curso. Cada canal de lubrificação é interconectado, uns com os outros, para formar um conduto de lubrificação único, contínuo, inteiramente dentro do bloco do cilindro e não conectado pelos condutos de 'entrada' de fluido ou de 'saída' de fluido, sendo reabastecido unicamente pela entrada de passagem de óleo para a câmara de explosão a partir da extremidade de válvula de cada cilindro. Uma pluralidade de membros de vedação, cada um localizado próximo à extremidade aberta de cada cilindro, substancialmente eliminam a passagem de óleo para a câmara de explosão a partir deste conduto de lubrificação, deste modo de forma significativa aumentando a eficiência volumétrica. A lubrificação aperfeiçoada resultante em combinação com montagens únicas de tensão aplicada por mola, permite o uso de disposições da chapa do interior de tanque com ângulo variável que não requerem ossos de cachorro nas extremidades externas dos pistões nem agitadores convencionais que só realizam nutação.
