Abstract

"DERIVADOS POLIMéRICOS HETEROBIFUNCIONAIS E PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DOS MESMOS". A invenção propõe um processo para a preparação, com um alto grau de pureza e alto grau de rendimento, de derivados heterobifuncionais de poli (etileno glicol) ou de polímeros correlatos. Não é necessária uma etapa de purificação cromatográfica no processo. De acordo com o processo da invenção, é proposto um polímero intermediário tendo uma fórmula de W-Poli-OH contendo em um terminal um grupamento W removível. O polímero intermediário W-Poli-OH é alterado em primeiro lugar pela modificação do grupamento OH, que é convertido em um primeiro grupamento funcional X, seguindo-se a remoção de W para gerar um segundo grupamento hidroxila. Este último grupamento hidroxila pode então ser ainda convertido em um segundo grupamento funcional Y, fornecendo assim o derivado heterobifuncional desejado.
