Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"DISPOSITIVO DE DISTRIBUIDOR PARA UM RECIPIENTE E MéTODO PARA FABRICAçãO E ENCHIMENTO DE UM TAL RECIPIENTE COM A CABEçA DE DOSAGEM E/OU ENCHIMENTO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de distribuição para ser conectado em um recipiente para distribuição dosada de um fluido, compreendendo uma abertura e um membro de fechamento agindo junto com a abertura e móvel entre uma posição fechando a abertura e uma posição deixando livre a abertura, parte do dispositivo de distribuição sendo integralmente preformada em um gargalo do recipiente, e a parte restante do dispositivo de distribuição sendo conectada nele. A parte do dispositivo de distribuição preformada na parte do gargalo pode compreender recursos para fixamente manter o membro de fechamento em uma de suas posições e/ou recursos para predispor o membro de fechamento para uma de suas posições. O dispositivo de distribuição pode adicionalmente compreender uma bomba disposta entre o recipiente e a abertura e recursos móveis conectados na bomba para operação da mesma, com parte dos recursos de operação sendo preformada no recipiente. O dispositivo de distribuição pode também incluir um sistema de pré-compressão disposto entre a bomba e o bocal de descarga, a bomba, o sistema de pré-compressão e parte dos conduítes conectando a bomba no recipiente e/ou no bocal de descarga sendo integralmente formados. A invenção também refere-se a um método para fabricação e enchimento com um fluido de um recipiente com um tal dispositivo de distribuição, compreendendo as etapas de: formar o recipiente, preformar uma parte do dispositivo de distribuição em uma parte de gargalo do mesmo, formar a parte restante do dispositivo de distribuição, encher o recipiente com o fluido e fechar o recipiente pela conexão da parte restante do dispositivo de distribuição nele. O recipiente pode ser preformado por meio de moldagem com injeção e pode ser moldado com sopro para sua forma final antes do seu enchimento.
