"DERIVADOS 4-ARILQUINOLIN-2-ONA 3-SUBSTITUìDOS COMO MODULADORES DO CANAL DE POTáSSIO" A presente invenção providencia novos derivados 4-arilquinolin-2-ona 3-substituídos com a fórmula geral onde, R, R , R , R , R^ 4^, R^ 5^, R^ 6^ e R^ 7^ são como aqui indicados, ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável não tóxico destes, que são moduladores dos canais de K+ ativados por cálcio de grande condutância, e de utilidade no tratamento de distúrbios receptivos à abertura dos canais de potássio.
