Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"SISTEMA DE TERAPIA GASTRORRETENTIVO, EXPANSìVEL, COM TEMPO DE PERMANêNCIA NO ESTÈMAGO PROLONGADO"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para retardamento da passagem pelo piloro de formas de medicamentos administrados por via oral, com um componente expansível no contato com o suco gástrico e um envoltório de polímero, permeável para líquidos, mas estanque a gases. O dispositivo pode conter uma substância ativa, que é liberada no suco gástrico, de modo controlado predominantemente pela forma de medicamento incorporada. Em relação a formas de medicamentos convencionais com passagem pelo piloro retardada, a liberação de substância ativa é menos dependente da espécie e constituição do envoltório de polímero e é determinada, predominantemente, pela forma incorporada. O dispositivo de acordo com a invenção pode ser facilmente enrolado ou dobrado e pode ser acondicionado em cápsulas.
