Abstract

"óLEO BASE LUBRIFICANTE ISOPARAFìNICO E LUBRIFICANTE FORMULADO". O óleo base de um lubrificante de largo espectro é preparado hidroisomerizando e em seguida desparafinizando cataliticamente um hidrocarboneto, fração parafínica de alimentação, sintetizada pelo processo Fischer-Tropsh. Contém todo o material desparafinizado tendo um ponto de ebulição inicial na faixa de 343,3 - 399°C. óleos lubrificantes formulados, preparados pela mistura do óleo base com um conjunto de aditivos comerciais automotivos, obedecem a todas especificações, incluindo propriedades de baixa temperatura para óleos de múltipla viscosidade para cárter de motores de combustão interna. A alimentação com parafinas tem um ponto de ebulição inicial na faixa de 343 a 399°C e a ebulição segue continuamente até uma temperatura final de pelo menos 566°C. Os hidrocarbonetos de baixo ponto de ebulição produzidos pelo processo, são separados do óleo base por simples distilação instantânea por expansão.
