Abstract
"LUBRIFICANTE, óLEO LUBRIFICANTE E PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR UM LUBRIFICANTE". Os lubrificantes sintéticos especiais compreendem uma matéria-prima de base de hidrocarboneto isoparafínico e uma quantidade eficaz de pelo menos um, e tipicamente uma pluralidade de aditivos lubrificantes tais como detergente, dispersante, antioxidante, aditivo de anti-deterioração, depressores de ponto de gota, melhorador de VI e outros. A matéria-prima de base é derivada de uma fração de alimentação de hidrocarboneto sintetizada de Fischer-Tropsch parafínica cerosa tendo um ponto de ebulição inicial na faixa de cerca de 343 a 399°C e continuamente entrando em ebulição até pelo menos 566°C, por um processo que compreende hidroisomerizar a alimentação e desencerar do isomerizado. A alimentação cerosa tem uma diferença de temperatura T~ 90~-T~ 10~ de pelo menos 177°C e é preferivelmente hidroisomerizada sem qualquer pré-tratamento; diferente de fracionamento opcional. O lubrificante pode também conter hidrocarbonáceos e material de matéria-prima de base sintética. Os lubrificantes, tais como óleos de cárter e de transmissão automotivos de grau múltiplos completamente formulados formados mediante a adição de um volume de aditivo adequado à matéria-prima de base isoparafínica apresentaram desempenho superior aos óleos completamente formulados similares com base nas matérias-primas de base derivadas de petróleo tanto PAO quanto convencionais.
