Abstract
"FORRAçãO DE TETO VEICULAR COMPREENDIDA DE UMA FOLHA TERMOPLáSTICA TERMOFORMáVEL E PROCESSO PARA SUA MONTAGEM E INSTALAçãO NO VEìCULO". A presente invenção compreende um veículo tendo uma forração de teto melhorada. A forração de teto compreende uma camada de núcleo termoformada. A camada de núcleo compreende uma espuma termoplástica extrudada e opcionalmente uma ou mais camadas adjacentes de um termoplástico substancialmente não-espumado. A camada de núcleo é substancialmente isenta de materiais termofixos e preferivelmente isenta de mates ou fazendas de forro de vidro ou fibra de vidro. Uma camada decorativa tal como uma camada de feltro ou uma camada de tecido é preferivelmente laminada à camada de núcleo. A forração de teto é substancialmente resistente a cedência e capaz de substancialmente manter seu formato termoformado quando instalado no veículo. Também compreende um processo para montar ou fazer uma forração de teto e instalá-la no veículo.
