Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"AUMENTO DA ATIVIDADE DO CATALISADOR ZEóLITO PELO FOSFATO DE ALUMìNIO E PELO FóSFORO"<D>. A presente invenção fornece um processo para melhorar a atividade catalítica de um zeólito catalisador ácido de poros pequenos e médios que compreende as etapas de tratar o zeólito com um composto de fósforo para formar um zeólito tratado com fósforo e combinar o zeólito tratado com fósforo com AIPO~ 4~. Opcionalmente o zeólito tratado com fósforo é calcinado. A etapa de combinar o zeólito com AIPO~ 4~ pode opcionalmente ser seguido da vaporização do catalisador combinado. Exemplos de compostos úteis contendo fósforo no tratamento de zeólitos incluem o ácido fosfórico, fosfitos orgânicos, e organofosfitos. Preferivelmente, o composto contendo fósforo é um fosfato ácido de amónio. Uma representação alternativa adicional fornece um processo para aumentar a estabilidade hidrotérmica de um zeólito catalisador que compreende primeiramente o tratamento de um zeólito com um composto de fósforo e então misturando-se com AIPO~ 4~.
