Claims (6)
- 메타크롤레인을 촉매의 존재하에 접촉기상 산화하는 메타크릴산의 제조방법에 있어서, 피로인산 디바나딜을 활성성분으로 하여 함유하는 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메타크릴산의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인산환산으로 0.001∼40몰%의 인을 과잉으로 함유하여 이루어지는 촉매를 사용하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 메타크릴산의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 인산환산으로 0.001∼40몰%의 인올 과잉으로 함유하여 이루어지는 촉매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메타크릴산의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 1항에 있어서, 과잉의 인성분이 VO(H2PO4)2화합물로서 공존하는 것을 특징으로 하는 메타크릴산의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 1항에 있어서, 촉매중의 바나듐원자의 일부가, 5가의 바나듐이온인 촉매를 사용하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 메타크릴산의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 1항에 있어서, 피로인산 디바나딜에 있어서의 바나듐원자가 5가의 바나듐이온으로 산화된 것을 활성성분으로 하여 함유하는 촉매를 사용하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 메타크릴산의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
