Abstract

본 발명은 탄소수 12-24개의 이중결합이 있는 지방알콜과 인산화물을 지방알콜의 평균 분자량에 대한 몰비로서 1:1 내지 4:1로 반응시키고 생성된 반응 생성물 10내지 40중량부를 어유, 식물유 또는 동물유 중에서 선택된 천연유 60내지 90중량부와 혼합한 후 이 혼합물을 황산화물 10내지 25중량부와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 피혁가지제 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 탄소수 12-24개의 이중결합이 있는 지방알콜과 인산화물을 지방알콜의 평균 분자량에 대한 몰비로서 1:1 내지 4:1로 반응시키고 생성된 반응 생성물 10내지 40중량부를 어유, 식물유 또는 동물유 중에서 선택된 천연유 60내지 90중량부와 혼합한 후 이 혼합물을 황산화물 10 내지 25중량부와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 피력가지제 조성물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 지방알콜이 올레일 알콜인 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 인산화물이 무수인산 (P2O), 옥시염화인(POCl3) 또는 디부틸포스페이트인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 황산화물이 농황산(95% 이상), 발연황산 또는 클로로술폰산인 방법.
