Abstract
本发明涉及一种小孔磷硅铝分子筛的磷改性方法,其特征在于采用浸渍法将含无机磷或有机膦的化合物与小孔磷硅铝分子筛原粉(如SAPO-34)混合,制备改性分子筛。改性分子筛用作含氧化合物转化制烯烃反应的催化剂,显示了比未改性分子筛高的低碳烯烃初始选择性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种小孔磷硅铝分子筛的磷改性方法,及上述分子筛催化剂在含氧化合物转化制低碳烯烃反应中的催化应用。
背景技术
低碳烯烃是石油化工的基础原料。随着世界经济的发展,其需求呈逐年增加的趋势。目前制取乙烯、丙烯的主要路线是通过石脑油裂解。由于石油是不可再生的资源且储藏量有限,因此研究和开发新的低碳烯烃生产技术具有重要的意义。天然气或煤经由甲醇制乙烯、丙烯等低碳烯烃是最有希望替代石脑油路线制烯烃的工艺。天然气(或煤)制取甲醇的单系列、大规模工业化的技术已十分成熟,所以由甲醇制取烯烃的研究成为非石油路线制取低碳烯烃的关键技术。
1984年,美国联合碳化物公司(UCC)开发了新型磷硅铝系列分子筛(SAPO-n)(USP 4440871)。SAPO分子筛是一类结晶硅铝磷酸盐,由PO4 +、AlO4 -、及SiO4的四面体构成三维骨架结构。随着磷酸硅铝系列分子筛的问世,人们开始将小孔且酸性适中的SAPO分子筛用于MTO反应,如SAPO-17,SAPO-18,SAPO-34,SAPO-44等(US4499327)。它们的孔径大约为0.43nm,是一类较好的择形催化剂。其中SAPO-34分子筛由于具有适宜的酸性和孔道结构在MTO反应中呈现出优异的催化性能,成为当前研究的热点。以SAPO-34分子筛为催化剂,1995年美国UOP公司与挪威Norsk Hydro公司完成了处理0.5t/d甲醇的MTO流化床中试试验,在同一年,中国科学院大连化学物理研究所完成了合成气经由二甲醚制取低碳烯烃的中试试验。
在以分子筛作为催化剂的反应中,对分子筛改性以提高催化反应的活性和选择性是一种常用的手段。如CN102247报道了用磷-稀土改性的沸石催化剂(ZSM-5)的制备方法及在甲苯歧化和甲苯、乙烯烷基化反应过程中的应用。CN1001768发明了一种用磷改性的ZSM-5沸石催化剂,并用于甲苯乙烯烷基化制取对甲乙苯,使产物中对甲乙苯异构体高达96%以上。CN1176752报道了一种适用于提高用于催化裂化反应过程的沸石分子筛催化活性的方法,即在沸石分子筛中加入磷和稀土化合物,室温下反应一段时间,过滤,干燥即可制得改性产品。CN1704167提供了一种对沸石催化剂进行改性以增加在甲苯甲基化反应中对二甲苯选择性的方法。该方法包括:形成ZSM-5沸石和磷化合物的水溶液的淤浆;从淤浆中除去水,提供一种未经蒸汽处理的、经磷处理的ZSM-5沸石催化剂,而无需通过有机磷蒸汽沉积在催化剂上。WO9928277报道了一种含氧螯合物试剂处理小孔分子筛的方法,修饰后的分子筛用作含氧化合物转化制烯烃反应的催化剂,可以有效降低甲烷的选择性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种小孔磷硅铝分子筛的磷改性方法,在于采用浸渍法将含无机磷或有机膦的化合物与小孔磷硅铝分子筛原粉混合,制备改性分子筛。
本发明的特点在于使用的小孔磷硅铝分子筛为SAPO-17、SAPO-18、SAPO-34、SAPO-44、SAPO-35、SAPO-56其中的一种或任意几种的混合物。
本发明的磷改性方法,制备过程如下:
a)水热合成小孔SAPO分子筛,100~120℃烘干,得分子筛原粉;
b)引入磷元素:
1)将含有无机磷的磷酸或可溶性磷盐的水溶液浸渍分子筛原粉,浸渍时间1-24h,浸渍温度0-90℃;
2)将含有有机膦的化合物溶于有机溶剂(如乙醇或甲苯等),并常温下浸渍分子筛原粉,浸渍时间1-24h;
c)将步骤b)中得到的改性小孔SAPO分子筛在80~120℃烘干,500-700℃空气中焙烧3~8小时,得改性SAPO分子筛催化剂。
本发明的无机磷或有机膦的化合物为正磷酸、可溶型磷酸盐、有机膦化物或膦氧化物其中的一种或几种的混合物。
本发明得到的改性分子筛催化剂可以应用于含氧化合物转化制烯烃反应,改性分子筛比未改性分子筛的低碳烯烃初始选择性高。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例详述本发明。
实施例1
配制0.3mol/L的磷酸水溶液,然后采用等体积浸渍的方法与1gSAPO-34分子筛原粉混合均匀,80℃浸渍2h,然后120℃烘干,500-600℃空气中焙烧3-8小时,得到改性SAPO-34分子筛催化剂,记为PSP34-1。
实施例2
配制0.5mol/L的磷酸二氢铵水溶液,然后采用等体积浸渍的方法与1g SAPO-34分子筛原粉混合均匀,室温浸渍24h,然后120℃烘干,500-600℃空气中焙烧3-8小时,得到改性SAPO-34分子筛催化剂,记为PSP34-2。
实施例3
配制0.5mol/L膦酸三乙酯的乙醇溶液,然后采用等体积浸渍的方法与1g SAPO-34分子筛原粉混合均匀,室温浸渍5h,然后80℃烘干,500-600℃空气中焙烧3-8小时,得到改性SAPO-34分子筛催化剂,记为PSP34-3。
实施例4
将实施例1-3得到的改性SAPO-34分子筛催化剂用于甲醇制烯烃催化反应,同时未改性的SAPO-34分子筛原粉焙烧完全除去模板剂后也进行了反应评价。反应条件:2.5克20-40目的颗粒催化剂样品,装入反应器中,在550℃下通氮气活化1小时,然后降温至500℃进行反应。以氮气为稀释气携带原料甲醇,氮气流速为40ml/min,甲醇重量空速2.0h-1。反应产物组成采用在线气相色谱分析,结果如表1所示。

Claims (7)
1.一种小孔磷硅铝分子筛的磷改性方法,其特征在于,采用浸渍法将含无机磷或有机膦的化合物与小孔磷硅铝分子筛原粉混合,制备改性分子筛。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述小孔磷硅铝分子筛为SAPO-17、SAPO-18、SAPO-34、SAPO-44、SAPO-35、SAPO-56其中的一种或任意几种的混合物。
3.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述无机磷或有机膦的化合物为正磷酸、可溶型磷酸盐、有机膦化物或膦氧化物其中的一种或几种的混合物。
4.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,制备过程如下:
a)水热合成小孔SAPO分子筛,100~120℃烘干,得分子筛原粉;
b)引入磷元素:
1)将含有无机磷的磷酸或可溶性磷盐的水溶液浸渍分子筛原粉,浸渍时间1~24h,浸渍温度0~90℃;
2)将含有有机膦的化合物溶于有机溶剂,并常温下浸渍分子筛原粉,浸渍时间1~24h;
c)将步骤b)中得到的改性小孔SAPO分子筛在80~120℃烘干,500~700℃空气中焙烧3~8小时,得改性SAPO分子筛催化剂。
5.按照权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述b)步中的有机溶剂为乙醇或甲苯。
6.按照权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c)中得到的改性分子筛,经焙烧后,其中所含磷的质量含量为0.1~5%。
7.按照权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c)中得到的改性SAPO分子筛催化剂,应用于含氧化合物转化制烯烃反应,改性分子筛比未改性分子筛的低碳烯烃初始选择性高。
