Abstract

본 발명은 MCM-22의 구조를 가진 다공성 결정형 물질에 인, 임의로는 매트릭스 물질을 첨가함에 따라 제조된 촉매 조성물에 관한 것이다. MCM-22에 인을 첨가하면 제조된 촉매의 열수 안정성이 향상되는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 개질된 촉매는 유기 전환 공정, 예를 들면 촉매적 크래킹 공정에 유용하다.

Claims (9)

  1. 하기 값을 비롯한 X-선 회절 패턴을 가진 제올라이트와 혼합된 인을 포함하는 촉매 조성물:
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스 물질을 부가로 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매적 크래킹 성분을 부가로 포함하는 촉매 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 촉매적 크래킹 성분이 1 미만의 제한 지수를 가진 분자체 및 가공 크기가 13 내지 200Å인 중간 가공의 결정형 물질중에서 선택되는 촉매 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 인 성분의 함량이 약 0.1중량% 이상인 촉매 조성물.
  6. 상기 제올라이트를 인 원료와 접촉시키는 단계; 및 인 변성된 제올라이트로부터 촉매 입자를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항의 촉매 조성물의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 인의 원료가 암모늄 모노하이드로젠 인산염, 암모늄 디하이드로젠 인산염, 트리암모늄 인산염, 암몬늄 아인산염, 암모늄 오르토인산염, 암모늄 디하이드로젠 오르토인산염, 암모늄 모노하이드로젠 오르로인산임.
    암모늄 차아인산염, 암모늄 디하이드로젠 오르토아인산염, 인산 및 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항의 촉매 조성물과 탄화수소 공급 원료를 접촉시킴으로써 탄화수소 공급 원료를 전환시키는 방법.
  9. 중 탄화수소 공급원료와 제3항 또는 제4항의 촉매 조성물을 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하는 촉매적 크래킹 방법.
