Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA A MONTAGEM DE UM AMORTECEDOR DE CHOQUE HIDRáULICO"<D>. Em um aparelho de montagem 10 para um amortecedor de choque hidráulico 1, uma parte superior de um tubo externo 2 do amortecedor de choque hidráulico é pressa por meio de um cabeçote de injeção de gás 31, um membro de vedação 6 que foi temporariamente encaixado no amortecedor de choque hidráulico 1 é levantado acima de uma extremidade superior do tubo externo 2 por meio de uma força de sucção de vácuo de um cabeçote de vácuo 32, gás a uma pressão predeterminada é injetado no amortecedor de choque hidráulico 1 a partir de uma passagem de ventilação 49 do cabeçote de injeção de gás 31, o membro de vedação 6 é pressionado e preso em uma posição de montagem regular em uma extremidade superior de um tubo interno 3 por meio do cabeçote de vácuo 32, o cabeçote de injeção de gás 31 movimentando-se acima da parte superior do tubo externo 2, e a extremidade superior do tubo externo 2 é deformada para dentro por um dispositivo de calafetagem 33 de modo que o membro de vedação fique montado na posição de montagem regular.
