Abstract

"ESTAçãO DE CONSOLIDAçãO AUTOMATIZADA". Trata-se de uma estação de consildação automatizada para montagem de sistemas de computador que inclui um primeiro transportador e um segundo transportador. Uma primeira leitora de códigos lê um rótulo em um chassi no primeiro transportador. Uma segunda leitora de códigos lê um rótulo em uma caixa que porta componentes de computador no segundo transportador. Um sinal gerado pela primeira leitora é comparado com um segundo sinal gerado a partir da segunda leitora de modo a determinar se os sinais se combinam. Um dispositivo recebe uma saída quando os sinais se combinam e um outro dispositivo determina a posição da caixa e do chassi. A saída aciona um sistema de modo a posicionar o chassi e a caixa, adjacentes entre si, em um único transportador.
