Abstract

"ESTAçãO DE ORIENTAçãO PARA MáQUINAS DE FORMAçãO DE METAL COM MúLTIPLAS ESTAçõES" Trata-se de uma estação de reorientação que possui acionamentos verticais frontal e traseiro que são separados um do outro ao longo de um eixo geométrico do fluxo da estação de orientação que coincide com o eixo geométrico do fluxo da máquina. Uma barra de suporte do carro pivó está acoplada em sua extremidade frontal com o acionamento vertical frontal e sua extremidade traseira com o acionamento vertical traseiro. Os acionamentos verticais podem ser operados para mover a barra de suporte do carro pivó até alturas predeterminadas e para orientar a barra de suporte do carro pivó em ângulos de inclinação predeterminados. Um carro pivó está montado na barra de suporte do carro pivó para rotação ao redor de um eixo geométrico do rolo definido pela barra de suporte do carro pivó. Um acionamento do rolo acoplado entre a barra de suporte do carro pivó e o carro pivó gira o carro pivó ao redor do eixo geométrico do rolo até um ângulo do rolo selecionado.
