Abstract

"PROCESSOS PARA A REGENERAçãO DE CATALISADORES DE TIPO CATALISADOR DE TIPO RANEY PARA A HIDROGENAçãO TOTAL OU PARCIAL DE FUNçõES NITRILA EM FUNçõES AMINA DE COMPOSTOS ORGâNICOS, E PARA A HIDROGENAçãO DE COMPOSTOS, E, PARA A SEMI-HIDROGENAçãO DE COMPOSTOS". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a regeneração de catalisador de hidrogenação, e processos de hidrogenação realizados com um catalisador compreendendo pelo menos um catalisador regenerado. Mais particularmente, ela se refere a um processo para a regeneração de catalisadores tipo Raney usados em processos de hidrocarboneto totais ou parciais de compostos compreendendo funções nitrila em funções amina. O referido processo consiste no tratamento de catalisador gasto com uma solução básica e opcionalmente em submeter referido catalisador a hidrogenação antes de uma lavagem para eliminar as impurezas presentes no catalisador. Assim, o processo de regeneração permite recuperar até 100% da atividade catalítica.
