Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA O TRATAMENTO DA SUPERFìCIE INTERNA DE GARRAFAS PLáSTICAS EM UM PROCESSO INTENSIFICADO POR PLASMA"<D>. O aparelho para o tratamento da superfície interna de uma garrafa (1) em um processo intensificado por plasma compreende uma câmara de vácuo (2), um confinamento de microondas (3) com um gerador de microondas (4), um meio de evacuação de um meio de alimentação de gás (5). O confinamento de microondas (3) é substancialmente cilíndrico e adaptado ao formato de pelo menos a porção de corpo da garrafa (1) a ser tratada tão estritamente quanto possível. As microondas são acopladas dentro do confinamento de microondas (3) a partir do lado de fundo da garrafa (1) e o confinamento de microondas é excitado em modo TM de ressonância. O aparelho inventivo é muito compacto e muito simples. O mesmo pode ser integrado em um aparelho de moldagem por sopro de dilatação ou dentro de um aparelho de enchimento. Para deposição, uma pluralidade de aparelhos de uma garrafa é arranjada em uma fileira ou em uma matriz e todos os aparelhos de uma garrafa são conectados a uma rede de energia, vácuo e linhas de suprimento de gás. Cada um dos aparelhos de uma garrafa pode ter sua própria câmara de vácuo ou uma pluralidade de confinamentos de microondas (3) pode ficar disposta em uma câmara de vácuo comum.
