Abstract
"MéTODO PARA TRANSFERIR MOLéCULAS SELECIONADAS". Um método de transferência altamente eficiente de várias moléculas selecionadas dentre os vários grupos de células e um método de fusão de células. As células e/ou moléculas selecionadas tais como polinucleotídeos são tratados com plasma resfriado a gás para desse modo, transferir as moléculas selecionadas localizadas em torno das células dentro das células, ou fundir as células através do tratamento das células com plasma resfriado a gás. Além disso, um dispositivo para transferir moléculas selecionadas ou fundir as células tendo uma unidade para gerar o plasma resfriado a gás para transferir moléculas selecionadas dentro das células é provido.
