Claims (6)
1. Способ переноса выбранной молекулы в клетку, включающий обработку клетки и/или выбранной молекулы холодной газообразной плазмой с переносом таким образом выбранной молекулы, находящейся около клетки, в клетку.
2. Способ переноса выбранной молекулы по п.1, отличающийся тем, что выбранную молекулу предварительно располагают около клетки, и затем клетку обрабатывают холодной газообразной плазмой.
3. Способ переноса выбранной молекулы по п.1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что выбранная молекула представляет полинуклеотид.
4. Способ слияния клеток, включающий обработку клеток плазмой.
5. Устройство для обработки мишени, которая представляет клетку и/или выбранную молекулу, холодной газообразной плазмой с переносом таким образом выбранной молекулы, находящейся около клетки, в клетку или для обработки клеток плазмой со слиянием таким образом клеток.
6. Устройство по п.5 для переноса выбранной молекулой, которое снабжено генератором холодной газообразной плазмы, включающим открытый разрядник.
