Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"CATALISADOR PARA PRODUçãO DE ACRILONITRILA''<D>. A presente invenção é um catalisador de leito fluidizado para a produção de acrilonitrila através da amoxidação de propileno, o qual compreende uma veículo de sílica e um composto tendo a seguinte fórmula: A~ a~C~ c~D~ d~Na~ f~Fe~ g~Bi~ h~M~ i~Mo~ 12~O~ x~ em que A é pelo menos um selecionado no grupo consistindo em potássio, rubídio, césio, samário, tálio e uma mistura dos mesmos; C é pelo menos um selecionado no grupo consistindo em fósforo, arsênico, boro, antimónio, cromo e uma mistura dos mesmos; D é selecionado em níquel e cobalto ou uma mistura dos mesmos; M é selecionado em tungstênio, vanádio ou uma mistura dos mesmos. O catalisador da presente invenção é particularmente adequado para uso sob pressões mais elevadas e cargas mais elevadas e ainda mantém um rendimento em passe-único muito alto de acrilonitrila e uma elevada conversão de amónia. Esse catalisador se adequa particularmente aos requisitos com relação às usinas existentes de acrilonitrila para elevar a capacidade. Para usinas modernas, ele também reduz o investimento do catalisador e a poluição.
