Abstract
Patente de Invenção <B>"PROCESSO PARA A ATIVAçãO RáPIDA DE CATALISADORES DE CIANETO DE METAL DUPLO"<D> é revelado um processo para a ativação de catalisadores de cianeto de metal duplo. Um iniciador de poliol ou mistura de iniciador / catalisador é aquecido sob vácuo, sob condições eficazes para se conseguir esgotamento aperfeiçoado comparado com aquele que pode ser conseguido através de esgotamento à vácuo convencional. O acoplamento de esgotamento à vácuo com aspersão de gás inerte ou esgotamento na presença de um solvente orgânico dá uma mistura que se ativa rapidamente em um processo de polimerização de epóxido. A ativação rápida torna as partidas do processo confiáveis e reduz o tempo de ciclo. O processo dá polióis com viscosidade mais baixa, polidispersidade mais baixa e teor de insaturação mais baixo para poliuretanas melhores.
