Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"SóLIDOS EM PARTìCULAS SOLúVEIS EM áGUA E SóLIDOS DE CASTANHA TRITURADOS SEPARADAMENTE PARA REDUZIR A ADERêNCIA E MELHORAR A INTENSIDADE DE AROMA DE PASTAS DE CASTANHA"<D>. Pastas de castanha, especialmente manteigas de amendoim, tendo uma viscosidade relativamente baixa de cerca de 2000 centipoise ou menos que possui aderência significativamente reduzida e intensidade aumentada de aroma de castanha. Essas pastas de castanha são obtidas através da trituração de uma mistura de sólidos de castanha, óleo, sólidos em partículas solúveis em água, tais como açúcar e sal, opcionalmente, mas de preferência estabilizador de manteiga de castanha e emulsificador, de modo que os sólidos solúveis em água possuam um tamanho médio de partícula de cerca de 20 mícrons ou menos a fim de reduzir a granulação.
