Abstract
"MOLéCULA DE POLINUCLEOTìDEO ISOLADA, VETOR DE EXPRESSãO, CéLULA CULTIVADA EM QUE FOI INTRODUZIDO UM VETOR DE EXPRESSãO, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM POLIPEPTìDEO HOMóLOGO DE FGF, POLIPEPTìDEO HOMóLOGO DE FGF ISOLADO, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, ANTICORPO, PROCESSOS PARA ESTIMULAR A PROLIFERAçãO DE MIóCITOS OU PROGENITORES DE MIóCITOS, PARA ESTIMULAR EX VIVO CéLULAS PROGENITORAS DE MIóCITOS OU MIóCITOS, E, PARA LIBERAR UM AGENTE OU DROGA SELETIVAMENTE PARA O TECIDO DO CORAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a moléculas de polinucleotídeo ou polipeptídeo para zFGF-5, um novo membro da família FGF. Os poliopeptídeo s e polinucleotídeo s codificando os mesmos, são proliferativos para células de músculo e podem ser usados para remodelar tecido cardíaco e melhorar a função cardíaca. A presente invenção também inclui anticorpos para os polipeptídeos s zFGF-5.
